Best Water Line Repair in Durham NC

I recently had a plumbing emergency on Sunday related to a contractor from TWC drilling a hole in my main water line flooding my basement bathroom and floor. In a panic I searched local plumbers and found Carrboro plumbing. I was extremely pleased with the fast and efficient service and the quality of the work. What could have been a nightmare, Chris made it seem like an easy stressless fix. I will definitely use him in the future for any plumbing needs I may have.

David repaired a leaky joint by the expansion tank on my dad's water heater last year. I am sure it was a minor job for him, but to my 90+ year old dad, no plumbing project is minor. I happened to stop by while he was still there, and appreciated Dave's patience with my dad's questions.

So, after I took a refreshing cold shower :-( this morning, I contacted him for help. I told him the make/model of the unit and he said he would gather the parts he suspected he would need, and come over.
He called back in a few minutes and told me where the RESET button was hidden.
We agreed I would give that a try, and let him know... and it WORKED.

He could have had a _Sunday_ house-call fee... but chose not to.

When my water heater finally does fail, I will not hesitate to call him to replace it.

I called CDK to fix a leak over our screened in porch and under our master bath. They came out the next day and found the issue. Unfortunately we couldn't fix immediately as the weather was still below freezing so Dan recommended we wait until warmer. We did, and they fixed in about an hour. Great service! I called MR.bailey on November 26, 2019 because I suspected that my water heater needed to be replaced. Mr.Bailey came out that same day to make sure I actually needed a New Water heater. I indeed needed one. He told me he would let me know the price the next morning. Woke up yesterday with water shooting out of the side of my water heater that was 33 years old. Could not get a hold of other plumbers. Warren and Sons showed up within an hour. With me having to go to work, they completed the job and when I returned home at that night I was back in business. All this while we were having an all-day monsoon!
