Best Water Line Leak in Durham NC

Carrboro Plumbing has done three repairs since I purchased my home in Chapel Hill. I have used several other plumbers in the area for my previous home and rental property. Carrboro Plumbing is by far the best provider I have found. Scheduling is easy and efficient. They arrive on time and prepared for the job. The plumber does a great job explaining the problem and solutions. They complete repairs in a timely manner. Their hourly rates are extremely competitive for this area and they do a good job of explaining the cost of each repair. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

Went above and beyond to fix a sink leak, he helped us fix the root of a problem: a poor sink installation.

Andy was excellent and professional while Tara was very patient with my multiple questions on my call prior to service. I will have a need for a plumber this summer so I got a business card from Andy. I won’t have to go through the hassle of hunting a plumber and getting quotes in the future. I’ll just call PlumbServe. Couldn’t be happier.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Brian helped us with a handful of nagging plumbing issues. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had service during Covid19 and he wore a mask the entire time and social distanced while working. We have found our “go to” guy for plumbing needs! Thanks Brian!

She immediately got me on the phone with the owner, Jimmy Lane and got me all set up for everything needed first thing the very next morning. And at a fantastic value. But too top it all, they sent their very best man out for the job. Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable, meticulous, detail oriented, helpful in explaining, really you won't find better anywhere. I had a leak with my hot water heater and they fixed it within a day! I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Pricing was very fair especially with how fast they came to fix it. Would definitely recommend and got their name from a friend who had a great experience with them as well!

Jacob McCaslin, the electrician, was very meticulous in the analysis of the problem. Ready to answer all my lay questions carefully. He loves his job and that shows in the care he puts in it.

Andrew W. made a service call to my house to fix a problem with my heat pump. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and corrected it. He is good at his job, and friendly too. I would recommend him to anyone.

After having my shower/tub refinished I needed to have a plumber out to re-install the fixtures that had been removed for this process. On a Tuesday they scheduled me for Thursday. Later, service tech Dalton called and said he had a full day on Thursday and wondered if he could come on Wednesday instead. I thought- Great, the sooner the better. He stated he would be here no later than 11am and showed up promptly at about 10:30 am. Once he arrived, he and his coworker were not only professional, but also patient and kind. They took their time to speak with me and get clarification on things I needed/wanted. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns. The fixtures that I had didn't match, making my bathroom a little more hobo than boho chic. Dalton stated that he could research the trim that would match my valve so that they wouldn't have to remove the wall. (I had been told by a previous plumber that removing the wall would be necessary if I wanted to change my fixtures to a newer model. But he had never suggested that there could be a set still available to match my existing valve system.) He stated as soon as he got to the office he would send me the information. No joke, within like 30 minutes of their leaving, he called me back indicating that he found a set to match, provided me with the price and expected date of arrival and potential date for installation. Just remarkable. Long story short (I know this was long)- They spoke with me to get a clear understanding of my needs, asked questions, and investigated their concerns. It was a great experience. I appreciated their help and expertise so much. And they will be returning to install a matching set that is compatible with my fixtures, saving me on money and time. I trust these guys, they gave me peace of mind!

I can’t recommend Warren and Son’s Plumbing enough. I am very happy with not only the work that was done but also the level of professionalism exhibited by Brandon and Bruce. I will definitely be using this company in the near future!
