I was having trouble with my kitchen sink and called these guys and I’m thrilled I did. Matt was very responsive and extremely professional. Not only did he fix the issue he also explained to me why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Also after concluding his repair he cleaned up the sink area. These guys are now my go to plumber!

Kitchen faucet sprayer malfunctioning - called late in afternoon; problem fixed by noon the next day - that is what I call SERVICE! Personnel easy to deal with and easy to talk to. Was even advised why the slight delay as a part had to be obtained. When personnel arrived, they even removed their shoes so as not to track anything on the tan carpet - this was totally unexpected and MUCH appreciated. Would I hire Lane Plumbing in the future - you bet...in a heartbeat. Thanks again guys!!!

Dalton removed my water heater tank and installed a tankless unit. He and his team were fast, thorough, and courteous throughout. Bernie and his incredible team just completed some fantastic work for us. They sanded, patched and painted and installed a modular closet system that is so sturdy and efficient our closets. They also removed old fixtures in my bathroom and installed new ones. Bernie and his team were so thoughtful about wearing masks indoor and taking off their shoes too! Great, honest work and communicated with us every step of the way. We are so pleased and can’t wait to call them back for future housework!

Their customer service was great and they did a great job repairing my pipes and fixing my water heater. Also, I called around to several different companies who I felt were just haggling me on the cost. Not only were they very straightforward with me with a quote but also much more affordable then all the others. They didn’t use fear to make me choose them immediately like the other companies did. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.
