Best Water Heaters Installation in Durham NC

Although I did cancel the plumbing service twice (once by phone, and once by e-mail) the plumber still came by the tenets house. At two different occasions - uninvited ! (how embarrassing). Yes, they tried to resolve the plumbing problem however I did not ask for their opinion/help. Lastly I offered them not to charge me for their mistake and/or decrease the charges by 1/2 !! With little luck, I still got charged $95 for the service call, which is higher then other plumbing services charge, either locally or every from the Raleigh/Durham area. Chris is indeed very nice and surely capable. I am just saying carful what you ask for.

Alfredo from after hours plumbing came out and gave me an estimate on replacing my outside spigots. I got the estimate back quickly. He and his partner came out and did the job they were friendly efficient. I was very happy with all the work. I will definitely use this company again.

Techs wore masks, and I was able to speak with them over the phone while repair was made. They offer contactless payment as well. Quick repair of a broken shower head. Same day service.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Ben was great. He diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. He was very friendly as well.

A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom. And icing on the cake he was perfectly comfortable with our dog, Teddy! It was such a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be calling Joseph Rose Plumbing for any future needs!

Cody was great!! He identified the problem, fixed it, and then flushed the toilet quite a few times to make sure it worked correctly. He's very professional and personable. He's an asset to your company.

Asked for a rough estimate of cost to replace hot water heater, so I could compare prices across several companies. The woman over the phone would not provide this and insisted that they needed to send someone out to give that kind of estimate. The tech came out (Kyle was his name, on-time and professional) and provided the estimate and charged $50 dollars. My wife is very polite and so she paid the tech. The woman over the phone never mentioned this cost, so I caught the tech before he left and asked them to refund the $50 since this was never discussed and I only asked for a ballpark estimate in the first place. The tech assured me he would speak to management and have the $50 charge removed. I was never contacted by anyone and the charge was never removed. Also, the quote provided was over $1,000 more expensive that the company I chose. Definitely disappointed in my experience.

Update: I was contacted after leaving this review and refunded for the visit charge.

Warren and Sons was beyond incredible! They arrived fast, were professional, and went way above and beyond to help manage any water damage too. They were clear and concise with the issues we were having and communicated the fix and associated charges prior to doing the work. They also clearly worked hard to find the issue resulting in the smallest charge needed rather than just replacing everything and charging a lot. It is also a locally owned and operated business and they presented themselves incredibly ethically. I won't be using anyone beyond Warren and Sons moving forward and have let all my friends know too!

Zach and his team made time in their day to help us with an emergency, the crew was very professional and considerate of all the plants we had. We are very pleased with their services.

Mr. T.I.M. evaluated all of underground drainage issues from gutters and downspouts around a large house. He informed us of how the water drains away from the house as he jetted drains to clear clogs and debris from tree roots and leaves that had built up over time. All drains running great at the end of the day!

We had an emergency caused by a lightening strike. They made us a priority and had people here the next day to address our hot water heater issue. The specialist was courteous and understanding, answered all our questions and gave us good advice. I will have them back again for any further plumbing work.

Jamie answered my after hours call on a holiday weekend. He was kind and answered my many questions. I was very grateful for his fair pricing and excellent customer service.

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.

They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.
