Did a great job. Very happy with price and effective repairs. He also noticed a problem I hadn't seen and fixed that as well. Cannot go wrong with Carrboro Plumbing. But do not use their recommendations when they are too busy because I was very unhappy with their recommendated substitute plumber.

Very responsive, fair prices, I would highly recommend for any type of plumbing repair work.

Alfredo from after hours plumbing came out and gave me an estimate on replacing my outside spigots. I got the estimate back quickly. He and his partner came out and did the job they were friendly efficient. I was very happy with all the work. I will definitely use this company again.

We had a really good experience with this company installing an icemaker in our kitchen. We were surprised how many plumbers we called that actually wouldn’t install it, ended up finding plumbserve on a Google search and they said they could do it. Quick to quote, quick to come out and start the job. Did a solid job. What impressed me most was professionalism of the team that was over- polite, clean, took extra time to explain things etc... I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I went through Kim for all my needs with this company. She is absolutely a Angel. Nothing like spending your money with a company and the customer service alone make it worth the while. Daniel and Ty did an awesome job! They were on time, quick to assess the situation and not judgmental at what my husband had done before they got here! Extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain my options in terms I could understand. It was a big job and they worked quick and precise the whole time! They treated my home better than their own and made sure the plumbing fixes were immaculate before they left! They did a completely new drainage system under the kitchen sink and fixed my pressure valve in the garage. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with i dont know, im not a plumber how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said Thank you, ill call some one else she said yes, you do that ...
