After Hours replaced an old electric tank heater in an unheated tool shed with new Rheem main + point-of-service tanks in crawl space. In the planning stages, Doug Jones was attentive to our requirements, offered a variety of options, and helped us pick the solution that best fit our needs and budget. Scheduling and communication were excellent. Installation day was a very positive experience. The installation crew was positive, friendly, and willing to explain their work and answer questions. The work was done quickly and expertly. We are thrilled with the results, and would highly recommend After Hours Plumbing.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

After our experience with this company I can honestly say I don’t think we will ever call anyone else for our plumbing needs. Full Stack fit us in to their busy schedule when we had a broken pipe in our yard this week. CW and Woody were kind, professional, and even offered us a solution that saved us a significant amount of money. We had a competing company quote us the day prior - an astronomical sun of money for a job we learned was not even necessary. Full Stack is exactly the kind of honest and respectable company you are looking for. I hope we don’t have another plumbing issue anytime soon but if we do, this is absolutely the team we will be calling!

I have nothing but praise for this company and especially for Ken. Our hot water heater broke one week before Christmas. A friend recommended Ken personally. I called him onTuesday night and my hot water heater was replaced by noon the following day. He matched the quote given to me by another company, which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend not just this company but Ken Macadam!! He is the best!!

Not a great experience. I was referred to them by a random person in Lowes who said they were good and reasonable. I called to get a quote to replace the faucets in my house and also the toilets. They scheduled a technician to come out to the house to give a quote. 3 toilets, nickel kitchen faucet, 5 bathroom faucets, master tub nickel, master shower nickel, 2 other bathroom tub/showers nickel. He showed up 30 minutes late. Then he said he'd have the quote to me 2 days later. Nothing came. The following week I had to call to ask for the quote. Finally he sent it.... asking over $6000 for the job and a very slight discount if I used them for the hardware. The quote did not include the model numbers and brands for the hardware, and no pictures... so I had no idea what hardware was being quoted or what it looked like. I priced just the hardware at Lowes and came in under $2000. Seems like over $4000 to install mystery hardware is a joke. The guy didn't even follow up with me to explain anything..... I don't recommend this company.

Brian provided fast, efficient, and curtious service. He promptly responded to my message. The work done was high quality. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you for getting my toilet working again.

Jimmy is pretty darn awesome. My husband and I bought a renovated house and got the surprise of major plumbing issues and backups. Lane Plumbing was called for a second opinion vs. a major chain and thank goodness we called. The sewer line had to be replaced and Jimmy quoted well under the competition. He answered my incessant questions and calmed my fears every step of the way. I washed clothes today for the first time with no issues. I can’t thank Lane Plumbing enough for making our new house one step closer to being our forever home.

Ethan came out on a Sunday within a couple of hours of our initial phone call. He promptly sussed and fixed the electrical connection to the brand new water heater installed by another company. We have hot water again! We will be doing business with Joseph Rose plumbing again. Thank you!

We had an awesome service provided by the service technician Ray today. I can’t praise enough how good he was. Not only he was friendly to begin with, he was transparent and educated me on what he was diagnosing and what could’ve gone wrong. This was second-opinion request after having a very poor service before Streamline Service. Ray’s service was night and day difference compare to the prior visit from the other company. If you need good quality transparent service, Ray is the guy to go for. Highly recommend their service!

Bobby Bailey has rescued us twice during plumbing emergencies - once in 2004 and today in 2016. He is thorough, priced fairly, responsive, and a very calm presence. His staff was outstanding, also: when I called after hours, Jamela, his scheduler, was unable to find an available truck, but took my number and called me back after 10pm having contacted a service manager who was not on call. I would highly recommend Bailey's for routine and emergency plumbing jobs.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
