Did a great job. Very happy with price and effective repairs. He also noticed a problem I hadn't seen and fixed that as well. Cannot go wrong with Carrboro Plumbing. But do not use their recommendations when they are too busy because I was very unhappy with their recommendated substitute plumber.

David and his team have performed a number of jobs for me, with the most recent being replacing a water heater. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. They are extremely responsive, polite, professional, neat, knowledgeable and reasonable. They did not hesitate to replace my water heater on the same day working late into the evening. Highly recommend!!

The expansion tank on my water heater was leaking. After Hours Plumbing was quick and ready to take on the job. A gentleman named Matt made contact with me before arriving to let me know beforehand. They fixed the expansion tank quickly and professionally. They even added in some straps to hold the tank in place and not have its own weight pulling on it. Matt and his helper did an amazing job and were insanely quick at getting us hot water again. Thank you so much.

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

I found a leak in my front yard on a Friday afternoon. They responded to my phone call immediately, they were at my house within an hour. The repair ended up requiring a new pipe installed from the street to the house. They came back the next day to complete the installation. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

I had Tray and his plumbing crew convert my house from well water to city water. He handled the permits, came out on a Saturday to mark a spot for the city, waited patiently while the city took two months to do their work, then was done in a few days. He showed me a few issues with previous plumbing work at my house. He took care of a few of them for no charge and just added labor for what else we agreed upon. Everything was up front and clear and I didn't feel pressured.

When I was getting quotes for the job, Bull City came in at something like 35% of what was being quoted by some of the big incorporated plumbers around town. He explained that these plumbers work on commission so they are trying to set the price as high as possible. Tray was fair and transparent and communicated everything clearly.

Will definitely do all my plumbing with Bull City and I am looking to have them cover heating and air if they can provide the same level of service.

This has literally been one of the best experiences I have ever had with plumbing repairs. Don came in and installed a new toilet for us and he was the most professional, kindest person that has helped us in a long time. I needed a plumber after water leaked (flowed heavily) from a pipe behind a wall in my master bedroom. Lane Plumbing was the fourth company that I contacted to get estimates. After speaking with Jimmy for a minute, I knew that his company would get my business. His interchange with me was caring, professional, and respectful. His technicians arrived a couple of hours later. They, too, were professional and efficient. The men diagnosed and repaired the problem within two hours. Last, but not least, I felt the price was very reasonable.
Jerry was the lead technician. I did not get the name of the person working with him; but, that person was excellent as well.

I plan to use them for my future plumbing needs.

Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.

I called on a Saturday morning as we had no hot water. Greg came out within 2 hours. He is professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem rapidly. Didn't try to up-sell us or push expensive repairs. I had fears that we would need a new water heater. While he said we might need one in the next few years, he did not urge replacement now. He also fixed a minor sink issue while he was here. I am considering signing up for the company's maintenance plan because of his careful and honest attention to our issues.

They came to help during this time of covid-19 and they were properly masked and had gloves and the whole attire being safe and keeping customers safe as well. I appreciated that. Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
