Emily and Linda find out the best time for one of their technicians to do the work at my house. Chris did an excellent job, I had no problems and they help me to have my house ready to close. I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

This company is definately top notch. We had a major water heater leak and were facing alot of repairs to our finished lower level due to water damage that occured over the Memorial day weekend. I called Full Stack on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning they came out and assessed the problem as well as options for what type of water heater would be best to install to prevent this from occurring again. By 1 that afternoon everything was fixed. They did a fantastic professional job on the installation and they were very fairly priced. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future if I need any other repairs done.

Our toddler flushed a toy golf ball down the toilet and we didn’t know. The toilet was used for #2 and clogged. I tried to plunge it which triggered a massive toilet throw up that resulted in an inch of poopy diarrhea water all over our guest bathroom floor and I couldn’t shut the water valve off. The woman (kim?) who answered the phone was so nice and helped calm me down while she got my info and reached a tech (I was having a massive meltdown with my newborn). Ian was the man who cane to help and he was very nice and professional and seriously so nice. His boss cane too who was also very nice. They got it sorted out for me and kept me informed of all the steps along the way. Thanks Ian and team. Major crisis wasn’t as bad as it could have been. Thanks!

Lane recommended septic tank clean out as first step in gurgling plumbing.. recommended Bailey Septic of Knightdale who did excellent job. Problem appears to be solved with only one company to pay.

A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom.
