It is in the attic, pull-down stairs, and in 87 + degree heat. Not only was the unit replaced , Dave improved the way the pipes were originally laid out and other little extras, and left the place clean! He went above and beyond and he charged an amazing price !..for all that hard work and all this at the last minute at the end of the day! AND not only that but he guarantees his labor for ONE YEAR! Who does that? THAT is HONEST Hard work and as you know, is very rare these days. This is our plumber from now on ! DO it! call them...You will be glad you did.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We needed a GFCI and some lights replaced as well as a hot tub breaker diagnosed. Our electrician Eddie, took the time to fully review what needed to be done, fully explained what was required, and resolve our issues. Will definitely be our go to electrician.

This was a good company whenI used them in 2007. Used them at another home in 2021. They have increase their price and service has dropped. This company tries to sell you things you don't t need. When I refuse their upsale tactics, the employee said he was going to turn me in to the city of Raleigh. Of course that didn't scare me....because I knew he was trying to scare me in buying their product. I did buy there service plan at the time of service to save money on repair. Move forward a year, they wanted to come back for the maintenance agreement. I refuse their service, I will never do business with this company again. Beware of them selling something you don't need.

Called for a simple quote on a sink and toilet install person was very rude and short on the phone... look else where for a plumber !!!!

Based on his professional courtesy, COVID safety adherence, his knowledge base of issues and recommendationstowards fixing the problem(s) was very impressive and it made me confident in the work that was to be performed. What I do know is that I woke up freezing in my home with a system that is shy of 3 years old and needed help. I do not trust the place where I purchased my new HVAC system to come out and look so I went with a service company that my mother uses consistently. I must say, I am VERY happy that Gilberto was assigned to my home and RECOMMEND him without blinking twice! Gilberto if your are reading this, thank you so much for your service! Me and my dog are very comfortable right now :-)

This company is great! They were very responsive and handled our issue in a timely manner. They explained the issue, the cause of the issue, and what they were going to do to fix it. The issue was resolved so quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them in the future.
