Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom. Brandon is a great guy and super easy to work with. Our kitchen sink was leaking like crazy underneath. Stuff was flooding. He got out quickly and made me a priority and fixed the problem and installed a new faucet for us. I have found my plumber for the future. Troy came out on an emergency call when our pressure tank sprung a leak. Although he could not replace the tank that night (the right solution to the problem) he did a temporary fix that allowed us to have water until the next day when he replaced the tank. Great work and obviously someone who takes pride in doing things right. I would certainly call them again if I had other plumbing problems.

Our water heater went out after 20 years.  Called Drain Express around 8:30 a.m. and they said someone would be out between 10 and 12.

Dicky arrived just before 11, gave me a quote for the new water heater, valves, venting, pan, and all that was needed.
Him and his technician left for about an hour to get the new one. It was a good quality unit with great reviews.

Drain Express installed, cleaned up and was done in about an hour and fifteen.  Everyone at Drain Express was very friendly and professional.  All my questions were answered patiently and with straight uncomplicated answers.  I would Reccomend to friends and fam.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

My home had problems with low water pressure. Fred Puryear was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my water pressure problem promptly. He explained to me the problem and gave me a few option on what I can do going forward. I would most definitely call them back because Fred did a great job!
