Doug and his team of expert technicians are top shelf. We had a well issue on a Sunday afternoon. His schedule allowed for him to come over at dusk to inspect and see if he could fix it that night. Parts were not available on a Sunday night (which was not an issue) and he came back the next day with one of his techs and fixed our well!

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Had a main water supply line break and called 3 different companies to come out and assess the situation. One company never returned the call. The other company called back 2 days later and said their crew was on the way over but wanted to know how much pipe they needed to bring. I asked them to come out and inspect what the problem was first but they refused. Stated they could come run new pipe that day but if I wanted just an estimate, it would take them 3 weeks to arrive!!

But luckily the 3rd company was CDK Plumbing. Dan came out and found the leaking pipe. I did not have to run a new line since he found the leak was not under my concrete slab. Dan and his crew dug up the pipe, found the leak and repaired it in a couple of hours. They even came in and cleaned out the faucet heads which collected sand debris from the leak. And his price was very reasonable. I have no doubt that any other plumber in this area would have charged me twice as much than CDK Plumbing. I can not say enough great things about Dan and CDK. This company is very honest and professional, they will be the first plumber I call in the future. Don't hesitate to hire CDK over any other plumber in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs or surrounding areas!

After the replacement of my countertops to granite which included an under mounted 18G sink, Lane Plumbing came out to reconnect the plumbing including installing faucet and garbage disposal. Dan, the plumber discover a serious issue with configuration of the old plumbing pipes which would totally need to be redesigned to work with my new sink. Dan made a second trip back to his shop to get the necessary tools to meet the challenge of attaching new pipes to the sink. His years of experience as a plumber saved me more expense of having to cut into the concrete to attach piping. Thanks Dave for representing Lane Plumbing well!!!

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. Brandon is a great guy and super easy to work with. Our kitchen sink was leaking like crazy underneath. Stuff was flooding. He got out quickly and made me a priority and fixed the problem and installed a new faucet for us. I have found my plumber for the future. Legacy plumbers are honest, thorough, and skilled problem solvers. I've used them for 5+ years at two properties. At one property, in particular, I've had some challenging requests, and they've always come through. My impression is that it's top-down from the owner. I've communicated with him a couple of times, and he's always been totally on-the-level. I can't recommend Legacy highly enough.

I knew my water heater needed to be replaced and they installed a new water heater that works perfect. I was impressed with the courteous & reasonably priced service even though I called with an emergency.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
