They take the time to explain the situation so I can make an informed decision. The whole staff is very personable and welcoming.

I called David after hours and he came to fix my issues immediately! He offers a one year warranty on his work, and he actually honors that warranty. I called him back for an issue that i thought was related to the inital call, but wasn't and he fixed it for a minimal charge anyway! It is rare to find a company that has such great service after the sale. I would recommend Plumbing Services of Raleigh to anyone!

We recently had Plumbserve, LLC install the main water line when we went from a well to using municipal water. We got quotes from several other plumbing companies as well. Plumbserve was the most knowledgeable as well as provided the best quote. Another company’s quote was about 3x what Plumbserve quoted, for exactly the same work! The Plumbserve tech that did the main work did an excellent job, especially with explaining everything and patiently answering all of my many questions. I definitely recommend them!

I was very happy with my experience with the Full Stack team. I had an older model tankless water heater that multiple plumbers had looked at and could not fix. Full Stack gave me a very competitive price to replace the unit and after I made the decision to move forward with purchase, they got new unit installed next day. Brian B arrived 15 minutes after he called. He inspected the furnace told me it neededan ignition switch. He went to Raleigh to get one, came back & installed it. It took 3 hours.He was very nice & professional.

After the replacement of my countertops to granite which included an under mounted 18G sink, Lane Plumbing came out to reconnect the plumbing including installing faucet and garbage disposal. Dan, the plumber discover a serious issue with configuration of the old plumbing pipes which would totally need to be redesigned to work with my new sink. Dan made a second trip back to his shop to get the necessary tools to meet the challenge of attaching new pipes to the sink. His years of experience as a plumber saved me more expense of having to cut into the concrete to attach piping. Thanks Dave for representing Lane Plumbing well!!!

A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom. And icing on the cake he was perfectly comfortable with our dog, Teddy! It was such a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be calling Joseph Rose Plumbing for any future needs!

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.
