Best Sink Installation in Durham NC

I contacted Carrboro Plumbing for my 80 year old mom. She had a leaking water heater that needed replacing. Was easy to make an appointment, they communicated well and were on time. At first the two men that showed up were very nice, helpful and ready to get the job done. It was a tight fit into a closet in my mom's bathroom. They did inform us they would need to remove some of the door molding to get the water heater in. But they would replace it back the best they could.
The job ended up taking about 6 hours with 4 men eventually. The water heater was installed and works fine. The mess left by the 4 men proved to ruin the good work they did do.
The walls around the closet were left with black finger print marks and scuffs. The floor in her bathroom around the closet was left the same way. The closet door frame was barely put back together. And most parts of the framing was just left off. I cleaned the walls with a Mr Clean sponge,something they could carry, and my 80 year old mom cleaned her own floor before I got there. I repaired the door frame. The door does not close properly any more. This was a $1250 job.
Will not be using Carrboro Plumbing again.

Update:The owners response was inaccurate. The invoice was not reduced. We were told via email the charge was $1250, but if we felt we should only pay $1200 that was fine. I emailed the company about the issues with pictures and never received a response. They never offered to rectify the damage they did. Positive now I would never use them again. Very unprofessional.

We met Alfredo through our contractor during demolition of our kitchen in June. In addition to the demolition, he and his assistants have found and repaired a leak to our main water line, repiped the house due to discovering corroding pipes, installed our sink, faucet and dishwasher. Service is prompt and cheerful. Would definitely recommend.

We had a pipe in one of our bathrooms spring a pretty bad leak and couldn’t get the main off. They were out here ASAP and fixed the problem for an incredibly reasonable price. They will definitely get my business again.

CDK plumbing is wonderful. I called them originally to fix my water heater. The owner, Dan, came over right away to diagnose the problem and was able to get it fixed quickly. They are very reliable, do great work, and are priced fairly. Since then, I've called on them a couple more times for other plumbing needs.

As a new homeowner, finding contractors to fix issues happening in your home is not small feat. It is also not fun to be without hot water!

Josh is a fantastic plumber. Super professional, polite, and great at what he does. Really strong work ethic, and more timely and helpful than practically any contractor I've used — certainly the best plumber we've had. He works to get your price down on parts, he wants you to feel comfortable while he's there, and he takes pride in doing a good job with thorough cleanup. Use Dynamic Plumbing if you live anywhere near Mebane. Oh, and he shows up when he says he will!

We had plumbing work and shower room installation by Devlin. They were very prompt in scheduling, giving estimate and showing at work. We will surely contact them again for their service.

Wake Forest Plumbing is very efficient and will take care of reoccurring customers. Ron is one of their plumbers and is extremely nice. I will keep coming back.

Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.

These guys are great. Was able to get a next day appointment, fitting me in between many calls, they diagnosed and cleared the pipe and identified a broken pipe which they are fitting into the schedule to fix ASAP. They provide updates at every step and pictures to show you what they are talking about. Great service, reasonable price, honest business people! Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with i dont know, im not a plumber how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said Thank you, ill call some one else she said yes, you do that ...

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
