These folks were great to work with. They installed a whole house water purification system and a reverse osmosis system. Both Justin and Linda were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend!

Technician was on time and very polite. Made the repairs & cleaned up after himself. Very pleased with the service, will recommend them to friends & neighbors.

The tech was great (Billy). Despite the weather he showed up and did a nice job on toilet repairs and sink faucet replacements. However, the original quote was not honored resulting in a $300 additional charge. What's the point in receiving a quote if it gets changed last minute, while the tech is standing in front of you? If you use this company, beware of up-charges.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Joshua went above and beyond to complete the work in my home. He replaced the kitchen sink, and bathroom tub faucets, removed and treated mold.

Very disappointing customer service.
I called requesting an estimate for a new residential water heater. They requested detailed pictures of my existing unit which I immediately sent along with my exact replacement specifications.
The following week I had to again contact them regarding the status of my estimate. Later that day they gave me an estimate for a water heater much smaller than my existing and what I had requested. Once this information was corrected and I requested a revised estimate, they never got back to me despite me calling and texting them to inquire further about my estimate.
Just pitiful customer service when they act like they don't even want your businsess if possibly you don't want the generic water heater they happen to have in stock and want to sell you. I never even heard from the owner with a possible explanation of why they could not or would not do this relatively simple job.

The two gentlemen that came to my home to fix my toilet was VERY courteous, professional and on time! I appreciate them for that. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.

I called MR.bailey on November 26, 2019 because I suspected that my water heater needed to be replaced. Mr.Bailey came out that same day to make sure I actually needed a New Water heater. I indeed needed one. He told me he would let me know the price the next morning. He called the next morning with a price and told me that he could accommodate me that Evening, Evening came and there was Mr. Bailey ready to install my New water Heater. I am very pleased with his Punctuality and Quality of his work.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
