We had an incredible experience with Carrboro Plumbing. We have used them twice so far. The company is run by a local couple. They are very responsive, professional and they do great work in a faster time frame than most local companies.

Nate repaired water heater hoses. I called and they gave me same-day appointment. Great response, courteous and affordable!

Sam was able to walk me through the potential causes and solutions to my issue as well as answer my questions in a professional and courteous manner. Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. I had a leaking sewer pipe hidden under concrete slab. The water was coming out off the floor when draining water. I removed everything including the dish washer and opened up the drywall. They came over and took their time to evaluate, including flushing sink water repetitively, to see the water came out repetitively, dug outside foundation for 3 minutes, visually inspect everything again and again, call his boss, wait outside for his boss for at least 20 minutes, call the HOA manager (because it's their friend), and wait outside for the HOA manager for at least 20 minutes. In the end I was charged around $190 for the so called evaluation (because they spent 1.5 hours for...I don't know what they did) and then given an estimate of $650 to really find out the problem was. Note that $650 did not include the fix or any other potential damage. What's worse was that, after $190/1.5 hours of the so called professional evaluation, they told me it's a cast iron pipe running perpendicular to the wall, while in fact it's a ABS pipe running in parallel to the wall. If you are in a state of emergency, have a lot of money to throw away, and know exactly what to be done to fix your problem, you may call them. Oh wait, you can't call them because they will let you wait in order to charge you more thus can't solve your emergency problem. Okay, maybe if you have a lot of money to throw away, and know exactly what to be done to fix your problem, you may call them. For example, if you want to rip out our golden toilet and throw it away, I think VDH is the company you're looking for! Otherwise, please don't rely on them doing the trouble shooting for you. Because they are going to waste your time, deliberately, and money, also deliberately, and still give you the totally wrong diagnosis.

My experience with CDK Plumbing was amazing! Cam was so responsive to our needs. He was quick to help us with our plumbing projects and gave us great, honest advice about choosing a water heater. He also provided quick, affordable service to our sink in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this company's services for any of your plumbing needs.

Very pleased. Fair price, immediate service with 4-man crew to get 2 water heaters replaced with one in an attic. Guys were nice, polite, and concerned about keeping our house clean and not damaged.

These folks are always pleasant, professional, and responsive to our problems. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues.

Albeit very expensive the fact these guys were available and on time says a lot. And yes they gave quality service and available to complete the work on a Saturday. I had little time to fet thai work done and it was. I wouldnt use them as a daily plumber. However for cases of specificity and urgency, they are now my go to.

Joshua went above and beyond to complete the work in my home. He replaced the kitchen sink, and bathroom tub faucets, removed and treated mold.

Had some plumbing issues and found Devlin Plumbing to be great in service and getting the job done . The staff worked to get an appointment that fit my time and were on time . Billy was my plumber and he wasted no time in fixing the problems. Price was also very reasonable. Best choice made.

Quick and reasonable

Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.

I had an emergency water heater failure. Each time they came out they were very COVID responsible, very respectful and efficient. They amazed me with how quick they were to respond and how safe they were about their repair.

Great plumbing company and great staff

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
