We had an incredible experience with Carrboro Plumbing. We have used them twice so far. The company is run by a local couple. They are very responsive, professional and they do great work in a faster time frame than most local companies.

David has been fantastic in helping me redo my bathroom plumbing as well as replacing a faucet. Very professional and prompt and reasonably priced! Highly recommend him!

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

We received three quotes to replace our 20 year old gas water heater. Lane plumbing gave a quote 15 and 30% lower than companies we had used in the past, but we were impressed with Mr. Lane's helpful knowledge and felt comfortable entrusting his crew to do the job. Marc was the plumber who did the install, and we were very impressed with his skill and thoroughness in doing the job. We would definitely use Lane Plumbing in the future. (It turned out that there was a miscommunication on the original quote, which still would have been below the next higher quote, but Mr. Lane resolved it in our favor.) Thank you Lane Plumbing!

Ethan came out on a Sunday within a couple of hours of our initial phone call. He promptly sussed and fixed the electrical connection to the brand new water heater installed by another company. We have hot water again! We will be doing business with Joseph Rose plumbing again. Thank you!

Streamline has very skilled technicians for all trades and they do quality work. Cameron, in particular, is a very thorough electrician and Greg, the service manager is great to work with. I highly recommend them. Unfortunately the company charges astronomical prices for some things, so you have to pay careful attention to what you’re paying for and make sure it’s an acceptable value to you. Some things, like an 8ft fluorescent light for $1000, are ridiculous. I’d give them 5 stars if they had more reasonable prices.I will say they stand behind their work and won’t charge for something if it doesn’t meet their high standards.

Showed up same day and found the leak in my shower and repaired it promptly and affordably. This was done 1 year ago and we have had no issues since. I would recommend this company.

They came to help during this time of covid-19 and they were properly masked and had gloves and the whole attire being safe and keeping customers safe as well. I appreciated that. I was scheduled between 2:00-5:00, at 7pm I canceled because the technician was still not on the way. I was rescheduled for 3 weeks later (no accommodations given). The second appointment was also 2:00-5:00. At 6:30 I called and was told the technician was still on a call then it would be another 30 minutes for travel time. I cancel again because it was getting late. The only positive was a dispatcher finally said if this has happened twice we will make sure to get you an appointment tomorrow during your window of time. The next day I was scheduled for 2-3:30. The technician came around 4:30. He spent less than ten minutes checking the system and said everything is good. I’ve had this service done 4 times and it was never that fast. I check my filters because he didn’t mention them as other technicians have. They had not been changed or checked. The were dirty (picture). The technician was still in the driveway, so I asked him about the filters and he said they don’t carry those because there was so many sizes. That he’d put a note for next time so he would have them in the truck. I have used them for 2 years and that wasn’t already noted… To wait to finally get a technician to check my system and to rush the process was disappointing. If I didn’t check my filters they would not have been changed, which I had to purchase and replace later. I will not be using their services again.
