Excellent service

worst plumbing experience I've ever had. Owner moaned, groaned and cussed all while doing his job. I was extremely uncomfortable and ended up having no confidence in his work. His behavior made me wonder why he is even in plumbing. Can't recommend!

Alfredo and Omar were terrific. I had a part go bad on my water heater and Alfredo went the extra mile making sure the manufacturer warranty paid for the part. I was impressed with the effort Alfredo took with me to educate me what to do if I ever have trouble again like where the water shutoff is on the tank, how to restart the pilot light, where to look to see the pilot light, instructed me about importance of keeping clutter away from the tank. All this was very much appreciated

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

We had a pipe 'burst' in the middle of the night. After getting the water turned off and calling the insurance company I started researching plumbers. Bull City had rave reviews so I gave them a ring even though they aren't 24hrs/day because I was willing to wait for exceptional service. Someone actually picked up (at 5am!) which was amazing.

The work completed was good (it ended up not being a very complicated issue) but we did have some issues on the first visit. HOWEVER, the owner himself came to make things right. His professionalism and commitment to honest, good work was very admirable and I am happy with the service he provided. I believe our original issue was an anomaly and am confident that Bull City will continue to live up to it's reputation.

I called CDK to fix a leak over our screened in porch and under our master bath. They came out the next day and found the issue. Unfortunately we couldn't fix immediately as the weather was still below freezing so Dan recommended we wait until warmer. We did, and they fixed in about an hour. Great service! Great customer service! They will now have all of my plumbing business moving forward! i highly recommend these folks! They are a small local independently owned company as well. BONUS!

Our service was a complete replacement of our water service line in addition to a few other “while you’re at it” plumbing needs. Jaco was a fantastic technician; helpful throughout and very competent. He truly owned the job from beginning to end. It’s obvious that Blanton’s takes customer satisfaction seriously and truly next level in their approach. From their service call center to their management, they are all on board with creating a positive experience. I did this as a part of a long career, so I know what I’m looking at. There is a reason why they are growing so fast.

JR Lane plumbing is one of the most honest plumbers i've worked with over the years. They do excellent work as well! Jimmy does not try to drive cost up through multiple service calls and will typically give recommendations on what to try to help save some costs. Jimmy has saved me alot of money by being more thorough than other plumbers who just want to charge you as much as possible via service calls and/or fixes that costs way more than they should.

I had a sewer back up issue that another plumbing company told me was a cracked line(after charging me $100 to run a camera through my drain from outside the house to my sewer...less than 8ft). The other plumber wanted to charge me $1000 to come out and dig up the pipe and lay a new pipe, again no more than 8ft. I called Jimmy, and without coming out he asked me a series of questions, leading to the fact that my house was 7-8yrs old and I had just moved in 2yrs ago AND never had my sewer drained. I did not know if the previous owners had done so either. Jimmy said that is likely the issue and referred me to a sewage company to drain my sewer, which solved the issue. I wanted to also check the pipe to ensure it was not cracked, Jimmy sent 3 guys to shovel dig the trench and check the pipe, which only cost me ~$200. Jimmy saved me anywhere from $500-$700 easy on getting this fixed.

I recommend JR Lane Plumbing if you want an experienced plumber, good customer service, and honesty!

Thanks Jimmy most of all for the honesty! At the end of the day, I have to pay someone any way, I'd rather pay someone who has great morals when it comes to dealing with their customers.

I’m very pleased with Streamline Services The technician, Greg was very professional and friendly. We were having problems with our tankless water heater running hot and cold. Greg figured out it was a water flow problem not the water heater itself, and worked, over two service calls,until the issue was resolved.This was the first time using Streamline and we’re smiling, so it won’t be the last!!

Technicians Waited till sitting in truck about to leave to tell me of a problem with factory unit. Heating unit came damaged and will have to install another day, 96• outside. Technician the next day did not know what the problem was, since it was not relayed to him. Had to advise to wear mask and shoe covers after tracking mud in my home. Saying, you have mud in your yard, ( rained that morning). Technician came back the 3rd day after a long hot night. Now waiting to get heat portion attached after having to reorder. NOT HAPPY
