We are remodeling our 50yo master bathroom and the tub was a one-piece unit. The crew sent to replace the old tub with a larger new tub did a fantastic job. The framing was not square and it was a difficult job to get the new unit places and re-install new plumbing. The crew did not give up and followed through until the installation was completed. Definitely would recommend Carrboro Plumbing for any project.

Our water was not working and Shawn came right over! He was so quick to come inspect the pipes at our office which is an old house in Wake Forest. The house is very old and has a tight crawl space but Shawn was able to check all out pipes immediately find the issue, order us the parts and get us on PlumbServe's repair schedule! We really appreciate their responsiveness and quality of service! Shawn took the time to explain what was happening with me and the owner of the building. I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Dan and his team (Don) spent two days to replace the old PolyB water supply pipes installed in 1995 for 2000 square feet single family house with Viega PEX. He listened my concerns, and provided his suggestions if needed. I can not expect more than he can offer. His service is fantastic so that the general contractor I hired for other tasks gave him the thumbs up. The drywall damage was minimum. I strongly suggest people contact his team first when you need plumbing service. At least I will !!! I wish I can give his work 6 rating if available .

Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with i dont know, im not a plumber how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said Thank you, ill call some one else she said yes, you do that ...
