**Update. My mother had another major plumbing issue, so the first people I thought about contacting was Carrboro Plumbing. This issue was totally unrelated to a previous issue. From speaking with Linda to having the issue diagnosed & repaired by Jeff, Mark, Jack & Cory it was again an all around comforting, efficient, professional experience. Our water heater was leaking and stopped working. We called around to see who can help us immediately. One place mentioned in three weeks!!
We called Plumbing Services of Raleigh, and David said he could come out the same day. And he did relatively quickly! AND it was his birthday! Talk about great customer service.
He and his team did such a great job, and they were so friendly and helpful. We will certainly use them again.

Very professional, honest company that cares about their customers. I constantly have trouble with my outside sump pump. Sam showed and explained to me a problem in which the city made with my connections. Called Lane Plumbing after two other companies were unable to unclog my sewer line. The second company said they may be able to unstop clog by using a light and then a backhoe in the yard for a price of $2800 +, I called Lane to get a third opinion and I'm so glad I did. They gave me an estimate over the phone, sent two plumbers out to assess and repair the problem for less than 450. They were professional and courteous from start to finish. Give them a try.

Looking for a savior? Looks no further! Joseph Rose Plumbing saved us big time not once but twice. We had two nightmares happen at our house within a few months of each other. The first time we took to the internet to try to find someone to save our house from flooding from a leak in our water heater on the third floor. These guys got back to us immediately and had the problem fixed within an hour (and this was 9pm at night). Every other plumber took days to respond back to us. This company is extremely responsive and professional, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need.

Had ARS out to perform seasonal service and they stated I needed $5000 in repairs and advised to get a new system heating and a/c. Salesman from ARC came out next day and quoted me a price and said they could have it installed in one day and they could come out 4 days later to do so. I thought what good service. I called Micheal & Son to get a second quote and they performed some maintenance and said my system was fine. BEWARE OF ARS GET A SECOND OPINION
