We have been using Carrboro Plumbing for 2 years now, and they are, hands down, the best contractor we've ever worked with. The service level is unparalleled and the workmanship is better than any other plumber we've ever worked with (by far). The team is responsive and fast, and you can really tell that this is a family-run business. Chris, Emily, and Linda typically get back to me within a few hours for standard things; they get back to me ASAP when it's an emergency. And we've had a bunch of the team out for projects and they're all top notch. Jeff and Corey are the two we've worked with most and the quality of their work is incredible. We've never had any issues. I'm always so impressed with how much they hustle, too. On projects where they charge hourly, they make really efficient use of time. They're definitely trying to add the most value for the homeowner. I feel like finding a good plumber is critical to being a homeowner. I do handy things around the house, but I leave plumbing to the pros. And this team is consummately professional. I recommend them to everybody who needs a plumber, and I feel very lucky that I found them.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We had an unidentified leak and called them. Their office manager is amazingly efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The courteous and prompt service technician found the leak in short order, ran off to get a part, and fixed the problem in no time at all. I contracted this company for a plumbing inspection, so I can't speak to their actual work, only their inspection abilities. I would discourage you from using this company. The inspection we received was superficial and subpar. I personally will not use this business for work in the future, because if they can't diagnose a known problem, then I don't trust them the do actual work as well.

When Matthew promptly arrived, he pleasantly introduced himself and his assistant Rich. We discussed our concerns about the AC unit, they immediately started work on it. Unfortunately, it was raining, however, they had shoe covers to prevent tracking water and debris in the house. Matthew discussed what was wrong with the unit and explained what they were going to do to fix it. They tested the AC to make sure everything was working properly. Matthew P. and Rich was professional, proficient in their work, and very courteous. We are VERY happy and satisfied we contacted Blanton for our AC service!

Had to get my main line replaced and looked everywhere for estimates and options and Mr Lane was the best option by far. It was a pleasure to deal with him, his crew was on time and very professional, he had a reasonable price and was understanding and open to work with me on the best payment options. I scheduled a service call online on Saturday night for my tankless water heater and they were here Monday morning at 9:15am. Greg was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained my options clearly and I had hot water in less time and for less money than I expected. This company has done large and small jobs for me over the last 12 years and they are excellent.

Axis Plumbing was brought in through a restoration company and helped us after a water pipe broke in our home. Bailey's was scheduled to install a dishwasher and microwave (contracted from Lowes) today. After arriving late, the plumber stated that, first, the job could not be done, then, that he couldn't do it without cutting holes in our kitchen cabinets, and finally stated that he could do the job for an additional cost. After we decided that he might not be the best person to complete this installation, he stated that he did not want to install the microwave.then denied making that statement after speaking to Lowes CPO. It makes me wonder how they can stay in business.

Gilberto was amazing. He put on his COVID gear, came in told us what happened and what needed to be done! When he left I felt the heat come on!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!! He deserves a raise
