inquired about having a clog issue with in the first week of moving into an older (new to us) home. understood the process of the diag charge for them to come out & that they waive it if you have a service done. what i did not expect, was to be told after an hour of trying to unclog our lines, that it would be at least $750 to unclog the line and then be told that their hydrojetter was down for maintenance. to then be up-charged another $400 for the larger drain machine the still could not solve our issue. They did not offer to come back once their jetter was up & running, and also charged a $25 credit card fee that showed in receipt but was not expressed up front, in which case we could have just written them a check to avoid. very expensive and disappointing. had to have Faison Plumbing Plus come out with their jetter and actually fix our problem for another ~$400. we need several thousands of dollars worth of old plumbing replaced and we will not be using this company.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I had a leak with my hot water heater and they fixed it within a day! I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Pricing was very fair especially with how fast they came to fix it. Would definitely recommend and got their name from a friend who had a great experience with them as well!

Josh arrived on-time and took the time to understand my issues and develop a diagnostic approach. After running several test scenarios we agreed to disable one minor component of my hvac system and run through this rather mild weekend to see if symptoms are truly resolved. I will notify Streamline one way or the other.System will be fully available to me during this period.As a former field technician I am quite satisfied with this arrangement.

I had my water heater break and with family and no hot water you can imagine the chaos it caused at home. I called multiple plumbers and i either got estimates that were so high that you knew they are taking advantage of my misfortune or they could not fit me in their schedule for another 7 days. When i contact Axis i was first very impressed with candidate and honest discussion. When they realized my family was without hot water they were very generous to fit me in for next morning. The work was outstanding, they had fair price and i felt the transparency was amazing. They did an amazing job to clean up the layout of all the water lines, place the new water heater in right spot to help me adjust the temperature much easier then the builder had done, and cleaned everything before leaving the job. I called MR.bailey on November 26, 2019 because I suspected that my water heater needed to be replaced. Mr.Bailey came out that same day to make sure I actually needed a New Water heater. I indeed needed one. He told me he would let me know the price the next morning. He called the next morning with a price and told me that he could accommodate me that Evening, Evening came and there was Mr. Bailey ready to install my New water Heater. I am very pleased with his Punctuality and Quality of his work.
