I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Corey came out, asked my Father In Law what he wanted from the repair since it was a leak at an outdoor joint where a faucet once was. My FIL told him he just wanted it terminated / capped and that's what Corey did. Full stack charged half of what another firm quoted the day before. My FIL said he was very professional, personal and showed up to get the job done. I do property management and general brokerage real estate so I often have a need to hire a plumber. It's great to have a trade show up and do what they should these days. I will use Full Stack in the future and recommend them to all my real estate clients and owners.

Too pricy

Ty was professional and courteous when he arrived. He wore all the appropriate protective gear to keep my 88 year old grandmother safe and listened attentively while I explained the situation with our baseboard heat. Not only did he fix the issue, he also re-mounted the heater to the wall.

Had a very bad sewer issue right in my back yard...one phone call a pleasant conversation and 3 hours later my house is all back to normal. They had guys out to look at the issue with in 30minutes... Quoted a price that was DEAD on what I paid. One happy lady here !!! Keep up the great work :) !

I had a leak with my hot water heater and they fixed it within a day! I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Pricing was very fair especially with how fast they came to fix it. Would definitely recommend and got their name from a friend who had a great experience with them as well!

I highly recommend Streamline Services. I used one of their competitors for a seasonal HVAC Unit cleaning and tune-up. The competitor informed me both coils were leaking (though they showed me no proof or photos to back up their claim) and gave me an estimate of repair of several thousand dollars. I then brought Streamline Services in for a diagnostic and second opinion. Streamline Services found nothing wrong, took numerous pictures and walked me through their findings. Very professional and honest. I'll be going back to Streamline Services for any future needs!

Called for a simple quote on a sink and toilet install person was very rude and short on the phone... look else where for a plumber !!!!

Great technician. He came after 2 hours of me calling in the morning. Listened to all the things I had attempted and found the problem in 20 minutes. He was very professional and gave plenty of good advice on how to make sure the system would run efficiently.

Five stars, which I don't often give. In general, competitive pricing and high-quality work. Specifically, we had a gas hot water system installed in our somewhat odd house; potential problems were resolved efficiently, and the rates charged were very good.
