Ben was courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the source of the leak and fixed it along with a couple other minor leaks that would have caused bigger problems in the near future. He showed us what to look for going forward so that we might fix problems before they become large expensive repairs. Was having trouble with my toilet not flushing properly and called Lane Plumbing. Spoke with Jimmy on the phone and he immediately scheduled an appointment and gave a price quote based on me explaining that I have a leak and also the toilet continuously flushes. The price was at least $250. On the day of my appointment, the problem was fixed by Jerry (after having to leave my home twice to go and purchase different supplies). Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the price. My total was $300...$150 for labor, $125 for parts plus tax). It turns out, there was no leak and the only things that were changed was a fill valve, fill valve flapper and new handle. After research, I realized that I could have purchased those items from Walmart or Lowe's myself for much less than $40!!!!!! But I was charged $125!!!!! I understand that they can charge what they want but this is pretty ridiculous! We were hustled, plain and simple....fool me once shame you, fool me twice shame on me!! My advice to everyone would be to check around and get quotes or find a trusted local handyman.

A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom. And icing on the cake he was perfectly comfortable with our dog, Teddy! It was such a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be calling Joseph Rose Plumbing for any future needs!

We had an awesome service provided by the service technician Ray today. I can’t praise enough how good he was. Not only he was friendly to begin with, he was transparent and educated me on what he was diagnosing and what could’ve gone wrong. This was second-opinion request after having a very poor service before Streamline Service. Ray’s service was night and day difference compare to the prior visit from the other company. If you need good quality transparent service, Ray is the guy to go for. Highly recommend their service!

I used ARS to replace my Evaporator Coil. I received Tech Gilberto, whom was very knowledgeableAbout the replacement technique. The pricing was fair and they offer payment plans if needed.Gilberto was super professional and super careful not to be messy while completing the repairs.ARS Tech Gilberto wore shoe covering from the time i answered the door, and while in my home.If/when he exited he removed them to and placed them back on before reentering the house.He wore his mask at all times!!During the initial assessment ARS tech stated the repair time needed, and that’s exactly how long it took.

I removed a closet / pantry as part of a kitchen remodel. There were supply lines and waste lines for an upstairs laundry room located in one of the walls for removal. Warren & Sons relocated the lines to another wall location that was to remain. They did great work, were very nice in my home, left the job neat, and gave me a great price. I would recommend Brandon and his crew to anyone.
