I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I recently had RDU Plumbing replace an aging water heater. Brian was terrific to work with. His quote was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received, and when the job was more labor intensive than originally anticipated, he stuck with the price he had quoted for the job. Bailey's was scheduled to install a dishwasher and microwave (contracted from Lowes) today. After arriving late, the plumber stated that, first, the job could not be done, then, that he couldn't do it without cutting holes in our kitchen cabinets, and finally stated that he could do the job for an additional cost. After we decided that he might not be the best person to complete this installation, he stated that he did not want to install the microwave.then denied making that statement after speaking to Lowes CPO. It makes me wonder how they can stay in business.

**HIGHLY DO NOT recommend the stress of dealing with these people**I called ARS on 7/20 to schedule an appointment for 7/21 - they gave me an 8am-12 window for an emergency pipe replacement. I was relieved to be able to find someone that could come and get the job done.Well, 7/21 rolls around, 8am, 9am, 10am - I finally get a call to tell me they will get someone out there but do not have a technician. Ok, no problem.11am, Noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm...I have to call them. I ask will someone be getting out there today - yes ma'm, it will be today, I cannot give you a time. We are doing the best we can.Lying about your ability to service someone is not doing the best you can. Putting a terrible burden on already stressed customers is not doing the best you can.Job still isn't fixed. No word from these folks, still. That's not professionalism. That's not a company I want to work with.

Our pump alarm started sounding and we needed someone to come take a look as soon as possible. Bar D was recommended by a trusted contractor when our regular plumber wasn't certain they could get us in on the same day. Bar D was super responsive and came out the same day within a few hours. The technician was professional and informative. He let us know what the issue was and how he was going to address it problem and took care of it. I would use Bar D again.
