I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Obtained estimates for two jobs: a leaking non-return valve caused by freezing weather, and replacement of a toilet. Very responsive and professional work, done on time.

I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Pricing was very fair especially with how fast they came to fix it. Would definitely recommend and got their name from a friend who had a great experience with them as well!

Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with i dont know, im not a plumber how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said Thank you, ill call some one else she said yes, you do that ...

Hutch was amazing!!! Both of the toilets in my house stopped flushing and I had raw sewage water backing up into both showers. Hutch was exceptionally responsive and did everything he could to resolve my plumbing issues as quickly as possible. From initial call to arrival time it was less than 24 hours!!

Upon arrival, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He even took the time to accept a follow up phone call with me to go over what he found because I was unable to be in the home when he arrived due to work requirements.
