STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, WHAT A RIP OFF!!
I contacted Carrbor plumbing because it had very good reviews, big mistake. Although the technician was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, I truly feel I got over charged. When a customer is asking how much something will cost, then the expectation is that you are giving an accurate estimate. I was told that because of part of my job was unique it was uncertain how many hours it would take but I was given an a worst case scenario of 4 hours I was told the cost would be $600.00. Well the job only took 2 1/2 hours but because of parts that were used my bill was over the estimated amount. If I'm asking for a cost I expect that parts are a part of that estimate. If the plumber has been in this trade for any amount of time he should be able to estimate parts, fairly close at least. Also, the parts mark up was ridiculously high, over double what it would cost to buy them at home depot. The technician also claimed that he changed an aerator on the bathroom sink (because it was corroded) which is absolutely false as I just changed that aerator 2 or 3 months ago with free ones I got from a Duke Energy program. I will never use this company again.

David with PSR was very professional. He helped me figure out the most cost effective ways to solve my plumbing issues, was in time for our appointment, and friendly. We had a secondary emergency issue arise two days later, and David came within 30 minutes to take care of it for us. We're using PSR again for additional work.

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

which was amazingly helpful. Curry showed up promptly with the time they told me. He quickly and professionally diagnosed and fixed our leak with very little problems. The price for the visit was definitely reasonable. I've been charged way more by other plumbers who were far less effective or clean.

Update: I used Full Stack again. Mitchell was great. Explained everything he did and showed me everything worked with no problems. Great, reliable service again and a reasonable price! If you live in the Pittsboro are, and need plumbing, you gotta use Full Stack.

We have used Bull City for everyone of our plumbing/hvac projects: washing machine drain system (Trey) new hvac system (Trey), leaking dishwasher (Kenny) gas line for stove (Kenny). I make it a point to get bids for each project from 3-4 different companies. Bull City keeps beating the prices and do high quality work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, upfront, and honest plumber. Both Kenny and Trey are good people and I trust them.

Brian came by as scheduled, performed the needed repair in a bathroom and ordered a part for another small problem in our kitchen. He was professional, courteous, and very reasonable. He is now our plumber of choice.

We had a plumbing backup in the house. All of our local plumbers were unavailable and an internet search led us to Blantons. They were quick to take our info and get help sent our way. Within an hour Ethan arrived and diagnosed our problem. Upfront quote with pictures of the issues he found. Very professional, on time from the ETA given and gave us step by step updates. Ethan had our issues resolved in no time and can't thank him and Blantons enough for their service. Would deffinetly recommend and will be using them in the future for our plumbing and home repairs.

Looking for a savior? Looks no further! Joseph Rose Plumbing saved us big time not once but twice. We had two nightmares happen at our house within a few months of each other. The first time we took to the internet to try to find someone to save our house from flooding from a leak in our water heater on the third floor. These guys got back to us immediately and had the problem fixed within an hour (and this was 9pm at night). Every other plumber took days to respond back to us. This company is extremely responsive and professional, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need.

After their work this morning, something went wrong and we had a leak. We called and were able to speak with Felicia quickly and she was able to dispatch a technician. He was here within 2 hours and was able to fix the problem quickly. Joe was easy to communicate with and he did a good job. Now hopefully we won't have anymore problems.

Alfredo was prompt and on time. Greeted me prior to entering my home and was conscious of flooring (i.e. made sure his feet were properly covered). Really appreciated that. He provided feedback and input regarding the issue and was efficient in getting the service completed. Overall was very satisfied with his customer service and professionalism.

I removed a closet / pantry as part of a kitchen remodel. There were supply lines and waste lines for an upstairs laundry room located in one of the walls for removal.
