Jeff visited our home for an inspection, was extremely knowledgeable, kind-hearted (even to my son who escaped the house to watch), and fast! He fit us in a week ahead of schedule, and even continued to work as it started to rain. Reasonable fees and super kind and supportive folks when you find yourself in a bind. Absolutely recommend!

David repaired a leaky joint by the expansion tank on my dad's water heater last year. I am sure it was a minor job for him, but to my 90+ year old dad, no plumbing project is minor. I happened to stop by while he was still there, and appreciated Dave's patience with my dad's questions.

So, after I took a refreshing cold shower :-( this morning, I contacted him for help. I told him the make/model of the unit and he said he would gather the parts he suspected he would need, and come over.
He called back in a few minutes and told me where the RESET button was hidden.
We agreed I would give that a try, and let him know... and it WORKED.

He could have had a _Sunday_ house-call fee... but chose not to.

When my water heater finally does fail, I will not hesitate to call him to replace it.

Well line was damaged on December 23rd due to low temperatures, couldn't get anyone to come out and do repairs. The workers were friendly and efficient, I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Arrived during the time window he said he would, and quickly identified and fixed the issue causing our toilet to make a gurgling sound (stuck/faulty sink air admittance valve). Priced fairly and was very nice. Will definitely use him again!

A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. I normally don't post reviews of companies but Warren and Sons was such a pleasure to work with. I had them come out today to troubleshoot what happened to my well and he started with the least expensive solution first but when that didn't work he called me to discuss further options. He was not only pleasant to speak to, but he answered all of my questions and he's reasonably priced. I will be using him a lot more in the future for sure!

Bobby Bailey has rescued us twice during plumbing emergencies - once in 2004 and today in 2016. He is thorough, priced fairly, responsive, and a very calm presence. His staff was outstanding, also: when I called after hours, Jamela, his scheduler, was unable to find an available truck, but took my number and called me back after 10pm having contacted a service manager who was not on call. I would highly recommend Bailey's for routine and emergency plumbing jobs.
