**Update. My mother had another major plumbing issue, so the first people I thought about contacting was Carrboro Plumbing. This issue was totally unrelated to a previous issue. From speaking with Linda to having the issue diagnosed & repaired by Jeff, Mark, Jack & Cory it was again an all around comforting, efficient, professional experience. I was in a crunch. I'm 73 expecting my first inhouse guest in over a year in a few days and my guest toilet broke. I located a plumbing company that promised next day service but then they canceled that offer the next day and couldn't come until the day after my guest. I immediately contacted PlumbServe and they fitted me into their busy schedule for the next day. The repairman was prompt, friendly and very informative and mostly patient with an old lady explaining everything to me. Besides the toilet he also fixed my bathtub knob that has been falling off for 2 years due to missing screw, looked over my plumbing under my kitchen sink and eased my mind. I would definitely encourage using this company to everyone.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Curry has worked with us twice. Both times he has provided great service. We will be using FullStack for anything that comes up.

We have used Bull City for everyone of our plumbing/hvac projects: washing machine drain system (Trey) new hvac system (Trey), leaking dishwasher (Kenny) gas line for stove (Kenny). I make it a point to get bids for each project from 3-4 different companies. Bull City keeps beating the prices and do high quality work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, upfront, and honest plumber. Both Kenny and Trey are good people and I trust them.

I woke up with no hot water and my hot water heater leaking. I had three quotes to replace it in the morning. Brian's price was reasonable, he came out to measure and make sure it would fit, and was able to install the same day!
What more can you ask for.

Biruk came today to check bladder tank under house, he then completed whole house checkup. While inspecting hot water heater, noticed it was in very bad shape. He showed me the issues with the unit, quoted me a decent price, and before long, he was back removing the old unit and installing a new one. He was very pleasant, easy to talk to and looked me in the eyes while talking with me. Biruk,s co worker Antonio was here assisting with the install and removal of the old unit. He was very pleasant also. I am impressed with these two guys. I will definitely call again and will also recommend your company to my friends and co workers. Thank you so much.

Daniel and Ty were on time and very helpful. They found and repaired our leak as well as showed my husband a few things about our water shut off. They were in and out within an hour and we were very impressed with the entire process. We'd recommend using the company and will definitely be giving them a call again if we ever need a plumber.

Looking for a savior? Looks no further! Joseph Rose Plumbing saved us big time not once but twice. We had two nightmares happen at our house within a few months of each other. The first time we took to the internet to try to find someone to save our house from flooding from a leak in our water heater on the third floor. These guys got back to us immediately and had the problem fixed within an hour (and this was 9pm at night). Every other plumber took days to respond back to us. This company is extremely responsive and professional, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need.

Streamline Service Technician Josh was fantastic with fixing my hvac system. He was able to explain what he planned to do and then went ahead and explained how everything can be prevented for future issues. He was able to answer all my questions and was very professional. I will definitely be calling Streamline Services for any future (hopefully not near future) problems.

A tech came out to fix a gas leak and said he had confirmed it and asked if we wanted it repaired. He attributed the problem to lack of plumbers dope when initially installed. (The gas company came out when we first smelled the leak, identified the source and shut off the gas.) We said yes. After completing the work, he told me the charge was $627 for about 30 minutes work. I asked for a breakdown of the charges. He told me he could not provide it and I would have to talk to the office.I've now called three times, three promises of a callback from accounting and no response. Next stop is small claims court.

Great service! Timely, clean and efficient. Performed swift evaluation and made repairs that were needed. This is the only plumbing repair service for me.

Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with i dont know, im not a plumber how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said Thank you, ill call some one else she said yes, you do that ...
