I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Called them in a panic over a leak and they were super helpful getting me scheduled the same day around my work appts. Quick and professional; explained everything as they went along. Highly recommend.

Jimmy and his crew are the best HVAC guys I've ever worked with. They understand the function of HVAC at a deep level, are great at diagnosing and repairing systems, and take pride in their craft when installing new systems. They recently replaced my old heat pumps with new gas furnaces. It was a complicated job that they executed to perfection. Jimmy and his staff are conscientious and respectful when working in your home. They've done multiple repairs to my existing gas furnace, and are always responsive and efficient. Fast and responsive, installed a water heater for us and a few months ago. Later when an old section of plumbing sprung a leak came right out and fixed it within a few minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Hutch was amazing!!! Both of the toilets in my house stopped flushing and I had raw sewage water backing up into both showers. Hutch was exceptionally responsive and did everything he could to resolve my plumbing issues as quickly as possible. From initial call to arrival time it was less than 24 hours!!

Upon arrival, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He even took the time to accept a follow up phone call with me to go over what he found because I was unable to be in the home when he arrived due to work requirements. They got the job done. The techs were very nice. They did cause minor damage to the walls while moving a heavy object and left a pipe dripping when they left to swap out the old unit for a new one (had I not placed a bucket myself, water would have been pooling in my attic for 2 hours or so from the drip) Just happy to have hot water again.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

This was some of the best services I have ever received. I had a water leak in the ceiling and was in a panic on a Sunday and Roto Rooter sent the project manager Devon Okafor out ASAP to assist me. The plumber located the source of the leak which was from the HVAC. He explained in simple terms that I could understand and didnt used a bunch of jargon. Then identified all the parts of the ceiling and wall that were damp using an infrared technology. Then he immediately started placing drying fans and dehumdifiers.They advised me to contact HVAC repair technician. I was surprised at how honest they were and still assisted me with my water damage even though it wasnt plumbing. They left the fans so that the structure could continue to dry and they basically did all of this as a courtesy. Its very rare to find a company that is so honest and so truly focused on satisfaction. They showed me that as a company they valued my property as much as I do.
