I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I've used them before and thought they were great. However, today when I called to say I had a leaking toilet, they told me their only availability is six days away. Clearly, I can't depend upon them anymore.

Great service

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Erik came and repaired leaks in the kitchen sink. He was very professional and polite. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after he had finished. I would welcome him again for any repairs.

Tim was great. Had a blockage the night before my son’s first birthday party and no water was leaving the house. He came out at 10:00 and fixed the issue very quickly. Their 24/7 service saved the party and the 30+ people who were in the house.

We recently had a mainline water leak and called several plumbers. Bizzy’s quote was fair and they were able to prioritize our work quickly since we were without water. Harry did an awesome job of diagnosing the problem and he and the team did great work to get us back up and running. I think we’ve found our new plumbers.
