I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I work in an interior design studio and our plumbing has never worked properly. A week ago we had someone come out and “fix” the toilet, however it only worked for a few days. When Eugene with Roto Rooter is came out today he not only fixed it but was honest and told us we really need a new toilet. Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

On Thanksgiving morning, as we were preparing dinner for 10, our kitchen and bathroom drains backed up. Fearing we would have to cancel the long planned dinner, Roto-Rooter sent two highly capable plumbers in 30 minutes. Both knew what to do, worked well and cheerfully together, even working around us in the kitchen. In less than an hour, we were back in business. For that fast, quality emergency holiday service, the price was reasonable.

Mike, Matt & team are fairly priced, knowledgeable, professional, skilled, efficient and clean. We had a fair amount of work done- replumbed all indoor plumbing; installed frost-free outdoor spigots, installed utility sink; replaced water heater. Waite Plumbing has processes and procedures for all the types plumbing work they offer. They arrived with a team of skilled plumbers, provided a detailed estimate, kept to their timeframes and had scheduled an inspector for the day after the work was completed. We're pleased with how the job went, start to finish.

expensive!! Replacing the capacitor $320 and diagnostic $69. Thought that other company would waived the diagnostic fee if we have the service. So we paid $389 just to replace the capacitor.....2 weeks ago

How can you be a plumbing company without 24 hour servive.

They came in and installed a water heater and didn't charge too much. Courteous service. Quality work.
