We had a leaking water heater and contacted HSA for a service arrangement. The initial estimate came out quickly from After Hours Plumbing and the drama started. The technician handed over me an estimated invoice which surprised me with over $500 charge after the warranty company's coverage. Only 3 accessories, which the warranty company claimed that they don't cover these parts, for the water heater were in the invoice. I checked the prices for those 3 parts from Home Depot and Lowe's. The total average price for all 3 parts was only about $50. The price was $375 in the invoice plus $50 installation fee. I contacted the company right away after I realized that I got ripped off with these unreasonable charges. The secretary kicked the ball to the technician, then the technician told me that the prices were determined by the owner, Mr. Jones. I requested Mr. Jones to call me back but got denied. I complained the ripped off price to the technician and secretary. Guess what I got rewarded? The secretary lied to HSA and claimed that we didn't want to pay the fee. The company demanded to receive the payment before the service. I was stuck with this company because HSA refused to change another service company for me.

Stay away from this company if you want reasonable charges and great customer services.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I was never given the chance to ask anything I really needed a new water heater so at the end I was just handed a very blurry tablet with the price total. the bottom line is they overcharge a lot.never given a cost for labor or a price for the heather

I had to replace all the plumbing in my one-story home in Raleigh. CDK Plumbing did an excellent job. Very professional. I highly recommend CDK Plumbing.

This company tried to charge me $185 to literally come and place puddy in my bathtub drain. The service men did not seem very enthused in trying to determine the real source of the problem. Only, after I called the owner Jimmy did he decide to knock off $25. Still, I could not believe he was charging me $160. Then to top it all off the puddy never fixed the problem! My bathtub still leaked thru my dining room ceiling! I called the very next day and Jimmy tells me he is going to charge me yet another service charge to come out again?!!? I complained again about the price, and then he says he will not charge me a service fee, but he will have to charge me to find the source of the problem and fix it AGAIN! At this point I told Lane Plumbing that I no longer wanted to do business with him. I do not trust this company's ethics just as the last reviewer wrote. I instead called Matthew's plumbing service and the service man fixed the issue in less than an hour and I was not overcharged!

UPDATE: Matthews Plumbing is coming back to our home at no charge and worked very hard to find the source of the leak. As I stated earlier, Lane Plumbing talks a good game over the phone, but please know this company WILL overcharge their customers as the last poster and the YELP reviews state. I have yet to find such unprofessionalism in a business. The owner actually called another plumbing company to discuss the work done at my home and berate me b/c I left him a bad google review. Customers BEWARE!!!!!

100% recommended. Our laundry machine started overflowing - we were originally worried it was a clog of some sort, but turns out the pipe had collapsed. Ethan was prompt, responsive, and took care of the issue. Very professional service and highly communicative. Definitely our go-to plumber for any services we might need in the future.

Was having problems with my a/c unit and needed a second opinion. Thank God I called ARS, they offered free second opinions and came out right away! The service guy Eric did a excellent job and was very knowledgeable! Most important he was honest. Eric explained all the services they provided, how to maintain my heating and a/c units, he went way beyond my expectations! I highly recommend ARS for any of your HVAC needs. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Devlin Plumbing came to fix our tankless hot water heater. They promptly responded to our call about the issue and provided us timely, friendly service all for a fair price. Will definitely use them again.

The only reason I'm giving Wake Forest plumbing 2 stars is the fast response to my house. I live in a modular home and had an issue with the main bathrooms shower faucet leaking. The plumbers got here and told me they couldn't fix it I would have to go to Casey's mobile home parts store to buy the peice I needed before they would help me. They were here less than 10 minutes to cap my pipes. Once pipes were caped he said ok you can turn your water back on. Wow. Isn't that why I called you and paying you to service me? My boyfriend literally said to him yeah it's under the house. I paid them $124 for him to tell me go elsewhere to buy a part for plumbing when they are plumbers, for him to cap my pipes, and then him to tell me to turn my own water on. Won't call them again!!!!

I wouldn't call anyone else for plumbing services. Sean has been out to our house twice and not only was the work done well and at a fair price, but he was extremely professional, nice, and polite. I feel fortunate that we have a plumber that we can trust and that is there when we need him! I recommend Legacy Plumbing to all of our friends and family.
