We called a few places but they were either booked up or didn't answer their phones. We contacted After Hours and they were thankfully able to come out the very next day! We were really worried about it getting worse with the Hurricane weather on the way and we were so thankful they could fit us in so quickly. Matt was so wonderful to work with. He took the time to explain to us what was happening and what we would need to fix the problem. When we discovered that our Home Warranty wouldn't cover the replacement parts, Matt told us what he recommended we replace and what could wait a little while to help with our budget. This was our first time using After Hours and we can tell why it is so highly rated. We had a wonderful first experience and will definitely call them if we have any other plumbing or water heater needs.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. I called multiple plumbers and i either got estimates that were so high that you knew they are taking advantage of my misfortune or they could not fit me in their schedule for another 7 days. When i contact Axis i was first very impressed with candidate and honest discussion. When they realized my family was without hot water they were very generous to fit me in for next morning. The work was outstanding, they had fair price and i felt the transparency was amazing. They did an amazing job to clean up the layout of all the water lines, place the new water heater in right spot to help me adjust the temperature much easier then the builder had done, and cleaned everything before leaving the job.
