Best Repair Water Heater in Durham NC

I recently had a plumbing emergency on Sunday related to a contractor from TWC drilling a hole in my main water line flooding my basement bathroom and floor. In a panic I searched local plumbers and found Carrboro plumbing. I was extremely pleased with the fast and efficient service and the quality of the work. What could have been a nightmare, Chris made it seem like an easy stressless fix. I will definitely use him in the future for any plumbing needs I may have.

Our 22-year-old water heater finally died. I called David Monday morning, and he rapidly and professionally replaced the water heater with a new one on the same day. We agreed to a price before he started, and when complete, he said it didn't require as much effort as he expected and charged me $200 less. What plumber does that? I highly recommend the Plumbing Services of Raleigh!

We had those horrible gray pipes that were used in the early 90s. They started to leak and they damaged the house. A friend recommended Doug & the After Hours Plumbing team. A whole-house replumb is a big undertaking and we were scared to death. Doug put all our fears to rest. They were everything a homeowner dreams of in a plumbing team: reliable, totally professional, no mess left behind, craftsman-like, reasonably priced, and friendly to boot. Call them, we're glad we did.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Mitchell and his apprentice Jacob were very professional. He ran the diagnostic and came up with the proper fix. Even though they didn't have the parts needed on hand, they ran to the supply house and obtained the parts and came back in a timely fashion and performed the install. We've used a variety of plumbers at our house, and Bull City Plumbing is by far the best. The owner, Tray Boone, is an awesome guy and a great plumber. He quickly diagnosed a problem we were having with the hot water in our shower and fixed it during a subsequent visit in the amount of time it took me to walk my dogs around the block. I've had other plumbers try to charge an arm and a leg for parts, but Tray had the new shower part directly shipped to us at no cost. I'd definitely use Bull City Plumbing again, and encourage you to give them a call.

Extremely overpriced, and terrible customer service. They cut me off when explaining the work I needed done, gave me no expectation of price, instead had me make an appointment for them to come do an estimate for, which they missed twice and never apologized for. Finally did the estimate, and charged me $135 for the estimate. Came back with an estimate that was triple of another plumber. Now on the hook for $135 when they wouldn't listen to me originally on the phone or give me any expectation of price going into it.

Do yourself a favor and hire these guys!!

I cannot recommend this company enough! They are fast, reliable, knowledge and friendly and will save you thousands of dollars. First, they came out at 10pm on a long/holiday weekend because we had a sewage backup and it was leaking out of the ceiling. It was a nightmare for us and they stayed until 2am until the issue was stopped and provided us next steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

They also helped us with a leaky sink while we were under contract for a house. It was a time sensitive issue and they came quickly, resolved it and also gave us a couple of recommendations of other issues to fix, which would prevent any future damage.

The Streamline Services team maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism. As a subscriber to their maintenance program, I have been very pleased with their work over the past year. I am writing this review because my experience with an after-hours repair call exceeded even my high expectations. After responding to my call at 10 pm on a Friday night, they had a technician to my house by noon on Saturday. Keith Martin was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with my compressor; fixed a simple problem with a blower motor; and identified a gas leak by the meter!! He did all of this while paying attention to cleanliness and adhering to their Covid protection policy. I see no need to look elsewhere for repair services; these folks clearly take pride in a job well done.

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.
