Had noticed a water mark on the wood threshold leading to our master bathroom, next to the tiled shower. Checked underneath the shower and inside it and couldn't figure out its source.

Sim came out and tested several possible sources of the leak and found it to be coming from a (manufacturers') hole in the aluminum shower threshold by the hinge. Thankful to learn the source of the problem so we can fix it!!!

I found a leak in my front yard on a Friday afternoon. They responded to my phone call immediately, they were at my house within an hour. The repair ended up requiring a new pipe installed from the street to the house. They came back the next day to complete the installation. Daniel and Mr. Jerry did a fantastic job replacing an old shower valve. They got it done same day as soon as I called. Mr. Lane the owner even called me after the job was completed and talked to me to make sure job was completed to my satisfaction. Lane plumbing is a must and I highly recommend the work they did.

Josh B was friendly, informative, and very efficient. At our request he lowered the speed of the air handler a bit so it isn't so noisey when running. He also checked the outside compressor unit to make sure the pressure in the lines was as prescribed.
