I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Bernie can do everything! He recently renovated our master bath and guest bath. He retiled the shower and floor as well as installed new cabinets and fixtures. It turned out absolutely beautiful. He has such meticulous attention to detail and a great eye for design. In addition, he installed light fixtures, repaired damaged wood on our roof and various other repairs. Bernie is a very pleasant person to have in your home as well as honest and affordable. I would definitely recommend him!!

Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.

These guys are great. Was able to get a next day appointment, fitting me in between many calls, they diagnosed and cleared the pipe and identified a broken pipe which they are fitting into the schedule to fix ASAP. They provide updates at every step and pictures to show you what they are talking about. Great service, reasonable price, honest business people! I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Anthony was professional and courteous and took the time to go over details of a major repair. I had several other plumbers come to my property and dismiss my issue and not listen to what I was requesting. Rooter Man was professional and prompt. Highly recommend

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. I can not say enough great things about PK Plumbing!! Two separate times I was in a jam with two bad faucets outside. Edwin was super professional and extremely polite! Both times were during Covid 19, and he was super conscious of his surroundings. Edwin and PK Plumbing will definitely be my go to for and plumbing needs.
