This company showed up on time and replaced a mixing valve for a shower. They were very friendly and very professional. The repair was completed in a timely and competent manner. When I needed an adjustment almost a year later within that warranty period they answered the phone promptly and came back within a few days as agreed. They made the additional adjustments to my satisfaction with no additional charges. In an era when it is so difficult to find someone you can trust and is professional and honors their warranty, this company checks all those boxes. I will definitely call them again for additional plumbing needs. Bill

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Brian Broadney provided the best customer experience I have had fixing something in our home! We woke up with our thermostat not working and our HVAC system out. We called Blanton’s at 10 am, and by 12:30 pm Brian had arrived at our condo, replaced our thermostat, and fixed the wiring in our compressor to prevent the same issues from coming up again. We are very thankful for such a great customer experience.

Lane Plumbing came out to my home to fix a Pressure Reducing Valve. Daniel the technician was great from the start and noticed an additional problem that we had at our cut off. He pointed this out to me before doing any work, explained in clear detail and showed me the evidence to support his findings. They were competitively priced and efficient with their work. I definitely recommend that you call Lane Plumbing and if he's available request Daniel to be your tech.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They are fast, reliable, knowledge and friendly and will save you thousands of dollars. First, they came out at 10pm on a long/holiday weekend because we had a sewage backup and it was leaking out of the ceiling. It was a nightmare for us and they stayed until 2am until the issue was stopped and provided us next steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

They also helped us with a leaky sink while we were under contract for a house. It was a time sensitive issue and they came quickly, resolved it and also gave us a couple of recommendations of other issues to fix, which would prevent any future damage.

An open and honest business that is quick to respond and schedule. I've used Streamline for electrical work, including panel replacement, and replacing an old water heater with a new tankless unit in a 60's house remodel in need of some attention. They've been professional and courteous each time they've been out and have taken the time to listen and answer any questions we have during the process. When I did raise questions about the aesthetic of some of the work, they were quick to respond and take the time to make adjustments, so everyone was happy. I'll definitely use again.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
