He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. I have nothing but praise for this company and especially for Ken. Our hot water heater broke one week before Christmas. A friend recommended Ken personally. I called him onTuesday night and my hot water heater was replaced by noon the following day. He matched the quote given to me by another company, which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend not just this company but Ken Macadam!! He is the best!!

A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom. Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
