Excellent service and great pricing. We had a leak in our crawl space and we couldn’t pinpoint the source. Jeff found the source (hall tub/shower) within a minute. While checking out the inside, I mentioned our toilet that doesn’t flush well and the one in the primary that recently started making noise. He quickly and efficiently repaired both and saved us what could have been a very high water bill. Definitely five star service!

I came home Friday evening of Labor Day weekend and discovered that I had no running water. One call to After Hours plumbing and my problem was solved in under 24 hours. The answering service actually answered on there first call.. And Nate called me back promptly, gave me a next day service window, and kept me updated throughout. Once on the scene, Nate took completely in stride the age of my well pump (40 + years) and very systematically found and fixed the root cause. I am endlessly grateful for his professionalism and skill!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Kitchen faucet sprayer malfunctioning - called late in afternoon; problem fixed by noon the next day - that is what I call SERVICE! Personnel easy to deal with and easy to talk to. Was even advised why the slight delay as a part had to be obtained. When personnel arrived, they even removed their shoes so as not to track anything on the tan carpet - this was totally unexpected and MUCH appreciated. Contacted Axis through a recommendation from a friend to do remediation prior to selling our house. The gentleman who showed up was prompt and courteous. He went re-reviewed the list of repairs that were needed with me and patiently detailed what he planned to do to address each item. He finished the list (8 items of varying complexity) in approximately 1.5 hours). Upon completion, he walked me through all the repairs on all 3 floors of the house. Once he was certain everything had been satisfactorily been completed he presented the bill and walked me through each item / charge. To top it all off, the bill was less than I'd anticipated. I will likely be a return customer should the need arise.

Really strong work ethic, and more timely and helpful than practically any contractor I've used — certainly the best plumber we've had. He works to get your price down on parts, he wants you to feel comfortable while he's there, and he takes pride in doing a good job with thorough cleanup. Use Dynamic Plumbing if you live anywhere near Mebane. Oh, and he shows up when he says he will!

I have had Bernie do several projects around our house to prepare it to go on the market. He has done a thorough job on everything and the latest was painting the interior of our home. It is the absolute best paint job I have ever had. Not a drop of paint or stray line anywhere to be found! He is trustworthy and cares about doing things right and makes sure his customers are happy. You can't ask for more than that. I will be using him again in the future.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
