I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00pm to install a new dishwasher. The plumber showed up over 1 hour early without any call. He looked at the pipes for the dishwasher and told me he hates to install dishwashers. He didn’t want to do it. He offered me the name of a handyman located several towns away. He said he was going to have to tell the assistant to stop giving him dishwasher install jobs. I asked if they had another plumber on staff to do it. He said “I’m the only one”. He asked what other plumbing I needed. Of course I said no. I will be calling another provider. I do not recommend this company.

We had Matt come over today and fixed our leaking shower. We have also used After Hours back in February for a water heater replacement. Both times they showed up as promised (the same day for the water heater replacement) and were a good value. They were half the price of the competitor who seems to run lots of TV ads (I guess I now know how they pay for those). I would recommend After Hours and would use them again.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Outstanding service and experience

I have nothing but praise for this company and especially for Ken. Our hot water heater broke one week before Christmas. A friend recommended Ken personally. I called him onTuesday night and my hot water heater was replaced by noon the following day. He matched the quote given to me by another company, which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend not just this company but Ken Macadam!! He is the best!!

We reached out to Bull City plumbing in need of a backflow preventer repair and testing. I discussed the fix needed and he quoted me a reasonable price. He was upfront about a possible need for full replacement and pricing for that as well. He was VERY quick in the process due to our deadline coming up quickly. (we had lots of trouble with a couple other companies prior). He was able to get the permit pulled to repair and test our system the same day! Would definitely recommend them again. Tray even took the time to teach me how to disassemble and winterize the system to avoid this problem in the future!

So happy to find a plumber who is responsive, respectful, fair, honest and does great work. Thank you Brian for a new hot water heater and whole house shut off valve. And thank you most of all for calling me back on a Saturday. Such a pleasure doing business with you.

Their drivers are completely irresponsible. Legitimately ran me off the road full well knowing I was right there. They were going 20mph over the speed limit in a neighborhood road to get in front of me (no one was behind me) and decided to run me off the road just to get one car ahead.

Chis is very knowledgeable and cares about the quality and integrity of his profession. He made us feel comfortable with our purchase, the way he explained the issues with the water heater. I definitely will use Blanton again and request Chris for our service. We are very satisfied customers.

A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom. And icing on the cake he was perfectly comfortable with our dog, Teddy! It was such a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be calling Joseph Rose Plumbing for any future needs!

Appointment was very easy to book (Becky is very friendly and good about calling to let you know when the repairmen are coming) - and you can book both electrical and plumbing at the same time. Jerry came for the electrical, Chad for the plumbing. Both were very professional, very courteous and very trustworthy. In a couple of hours, I was able to get all of the little things that had gone wrong during the year fixed up. (I'm a teacher and can't really get off during the year to have things fixed.)Jerry installed a new ceiling fan, re-wired an outlet and installed an outdoor porch light. Chad installed two new faucets and a hose bib. In both cases, they assessed the repairs and told me exactly what it would cost before we started. The repairs were perfect and everything was cleaned up. A very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.I signed up for their yearly service contract and saved back the whole amount on these two repairs.

Everyone I interacted with at Bar D was friendly, however I am extremely unsatisfied with the outcome of our service call yesterday. We have had water pressure issues since moving into our home and this was Bar D Plumbing’s second time out to resolve the issue. After a quick diagnostic, I was told an adjustment was made to the pressure valve they had previously installed and we suddenly had perfect pressure when multiple faucets were running. I thought our problems were solved.

It wasn’t until I ran a bath for my daughter the next day that I noticed how yellow and full of sediment the water appeared. Come to find the plumbers had switched our water source from city water to well water. Our well has never been tested and I never would have approved that switch to be made. I’ve now spent the last 2 hours flushing out drains and trying to clean all the sediment out of the faucet heads after turning the well valve off. My washer now takes forever to fill due to sediment in the lines and our water pressure is worse than it was before. This is a huge decision to make for a homeowner by switching their water source without their knowledge and I can’t stress enough how upset I am considering I washed baby bottles and cooked with an untested water source.

The inspection was scheduled for 9am to 1pm, and I was called at 11am to let me know that they were running late, and asking if this was OK. Despite the fact that the technician did not arrive until shortly after 2pm, I was impressed with the efficiency of the service. I had previously been told that I would be due for a replacement of the UV bulb and air scrubber cell, and decided to have a humidifier installed. The technician took the time to explain what would be involved, and saw that I was given all the available discounts. The installation was done within the time I was told, and all the trash was taken away (which was not always done by other services I'd used). I have always been very satisfied with ARS in the past, and this was no exception.
