Best Pipe Repair in Durham NC

Had noticed a water mark on the wood threshold leading to our master bathroom, next to the tiled shower. Checked underneath the shower and inside it and couldn't figure out its source.

Sim came out and tested several possible sources of the leak and found it to be coming from a (manufacturers') hole in the aluminum shower threshold by the hinge. Thankful to learn the source of the problem so we can fix it!!!

Appreciate Sim's diligence in checking every last possibility.... and finding the problem!

David supported me in Home Depot to help select the right material for a project I was working on. He even gave me his number and told me to call if I had questions. Well I did and after several text messages and advice I was able to complete the project. When someone helps you just to be helpful says all I need to know about their character. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Brian provides great service! I have used him twice now. He is very nice, does great work fast, and very responsive to communication. He is prompt and will give notice as soon as he can should unpredictable delays come up. I have used CDK many times in the past but was very disappointed with this service call and will no longer be using them for any plumbing needs. I will find another plumber who does not install upgraded parts without first informing the customer of the huge price difference.

Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.

My neighbors use them for water treatments and home maintenance and raved about them. They did a water test and I will be using them to install a whole house water system and to sign up for their yearly maintenance program for my appliances, water heater, HVAC, and water filtration system. More affordable than I ever dreamed and such caring service providers. They will also be doing some electrical work for me. I'll post again when the work is done, but I'm sure I'm going to be thrilled!*** 2 yrs later***Turns out I was not so thrilled. Prices for work were high, and questions not answered. I just has system taken out and a new one installed by another company. Streamline never had an answer when I asked price of replacement filter, or why my water still smelled and left stains .The filter was $500.00 and needed to be changed every 2 yrs.Incredible! I called the company. Person that answered said someone would call back the next day. Never got the call.Do your research and be careful with this company!
