I called After Hours Plumbing when my garbage disposal stopped working, after seeing a recommendation for them in my neighborhood Facebook group (Hillsborough, NC) - and I am so glad I did! Best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. Not only was their response to my call quick and professional, Nate who came to perform our service was extremely friendly - he not only efficiently repaired our garbage disposal but also gave me helpful maintenance tips to ensure things will keep running smoothly. I was thrilled not to have to replace the whole unit! 10/10 will be using After Hours for all of my future plumbing needs.

Josh ( the technician) was professional respectful and solved the issue. This was an after hour call so am grateful someone came. My only complaint is in order for the job to get warranty I had to pay an additional $400.00 which I opted out. That is to put a camera and check. I was told if I don’t do that they will not take responsibility if anything happened the next day. I feel this is unfair to the customer because the whole work was so expensive. I understand plumbing work is but charging that much to insure the job they did shouldn’t be the client’s responsibility. Also after charging so much to tell someone “ well I don’t give you no warranty if you call me tomorrow I will charge you as a new work order” is unfair.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Curry Hilton and his assistant JJ were here to do maintenance of my Rinnai and look at a Gerber toilet. Excellent service !! Explained everything that need to be completed and plan. Also gave excellent advice about maintenance of Rinnai which was tremendously helpful going forward. Great service and alot more cost effective than prior repair/maintenance completed in past. Have used Full Stack once before and will be the only plumber I call in the future. The office is great to deal with as well. Thanks for great customer service and high quality work.

Over many years VDH Plumbing have given us excellent service. They are very prompt in responding to a call and getting the job done. They offer a wide variety of plumbing services, are very professional and reasonable. I would not trust our plumbing needs to anyone else but VDH.

When our hot water heater stopped working, we called various plumbers around the area, but Bull City Plumbing was the most responsive and able to service us the soonest. They came, immediately diagnosed the issue, and fixed it even faster than promised and with a very friendly attitude. Highly recommend.

We called around 930 in the morning to try and schedule an appointment to get an outlet installed. The dispatch woman was pleasant and helpful, she said they’d by the end of the day.By noon we had received a call from the tech saying they would be to our home in 20 minutes. Garret came in and got an understanding of what we wanted and where we wanted it installed. He was super nice and helpful with the placement of the outlet and talked us through the entire process.Garret has earned our trust and we will be using Blantons for our needs as they arise. He was professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the site as he moved through the process.The end product is fantastic and meets all of our needs, thank you again!

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.
