**Update. My mother had another major plumbing issue, so the first people I thought about contacting was Carrboro Plumbing. This issue was totally unrelated to a previous issue. From speaking with Linda to having the issue diagnosed & repaired by Jeff, Mark, Jack & Cory it was again an all around comforting, efficient, professional experience. Nick came to the rescue - at 4:00 on a Friday night, in the first snow of the year, I called After Hours when my water pressure had become a trickle. Within an hour I had someone at the house to replace my pressure regulator. Around 30 minutes later, the job was done and now I can shower! Excellent work, highly recommended. Thanks, Nick!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I have nothing but praise for this company and especially for Ken. Our hot water heater broke one week before Christmas. A friend recommended Ken personally. I called him onTuesday night and my hot water heater was replaced by noon the following day. He matched the quote given to me by another company, which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend not just this company but Ken Macadam!! He is the best!!

We have used Bull City for everyone of our plumbing/hvac projects: washing machine drain system (Trey) new hvac system (Trey), leaking dishwasher (Kenny) gas line for stove (Kenny). I make it a point to get bids for each project from 3-4 different companies. Bull City keeps beating the prices and do high quality work. A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom.
