This is a great plumbing company. During this past Holidays I was looking for a reliable plumber to fix some items for one of my properties. Emily and Linda find out the best time for one of their technicians to do the work at my house. Chris did an excellent job, I had no problems and they help me to have my house ready to close. New buyers were happy with the repairs. I will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you!

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. I cannot recommend this company enough! They are fast, reliable, knowledge and friendly and will save you thousands of dollars. First, they came out at 10pm on a long/holiday weekend because we had a sewage backup and it was leaking out of the ceiling. It was a nightmare for us and they stayed until 2am until the issue was stopped and provided us next steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

They also helped us with a leaky sink while we were under contract for a house. It was a time sensitive issue and they came quickly, resolved it and also gave us a couple of recommendations of other issues to fix, which would prevent any future damage.

Josh arrived on-time and took the time to understand my issues and develop a diagnostic approach. After running several test scenarios we agreed to disable one minor component of my hvac system and run through this rather mild weekend to see if symptoms are truly resolved. I will notify Streamline one way or the other.System will be fully available to me during this period.As a former field technician I am quite satisfied with this arrangement.

Bobby Bailey has rescued us twice during plumbing emergencies - once in 2004 and today in 2016. He is thorough, priced fairly, responsive, and a very calm presence. His staff was outstanding, also: when I called after hours, Jamela, his scheduler, was unable to find an available truck, but took my number and called me back after 10pm having contacted a service manager who was not on call. I would highly recommend Bailey's for routine and emergency plumbing jobs.

Bar D provided great service and came out extremely quickly. I explained that I had leaks to water heater lines that I installed and they were very quick and professional getting it fixed. They saved me from myself. I will be calling them for other projects in the near future.

Woke up yesterday with water shooting out of the side of my water heater that was 33 years old. Could not get a hold of other plumbers. Warren and Sons showed up within an hour. With me having to go to work, they completed the job and when I returned home at that night I was back in business. All this while we were having an all-day monsoon!

Second time we used this group! Again, they were professional; on time; knowledgeable; fixed the problem. Seemed to go above and beyond. Easy to work with.

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Cory did an awesome job breaking up the sewage blockage. He explained everything in great detail. I have no problem calling them if needed in the future for service.

During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.
