Carrboro Plumbing was responsible for an overhaul of all 3 of our bathrooms, as well as replacing the supply valves in our laundry room. The work they did was great, and their staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable with them in my family's home doing the work, and they took the time to ask questions if they weren't sure of what we wanted. I'd highly recommend them.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Tommy was excellent. He provided a 5⭐️ Complimentary HVAC Evaluation & Maintenance Service on our 21 and 16 year old units. He reviewed the systems, took pictures and explained the condition of each unit. He went the extra mile to check the crawl space and the internal workings of the R22 units for potential build up of micro growth and the effects this mold could have if blown through the ductwork vents, that come into the home. He explained the more concerning areas of the systems and what appeared okay. He showed us the readings and what was in and out of range. A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom. And icing on the cake he was perfectly comfortable with our dog, Teddy! It was such a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be calling Joseph Rose Plumbing for any future needs!

Greg came in to test our water and make sure our water softener was working. He came in a very timely manner, he was very efficient, and answered all questions/explained everything very well. He gave us a lot of great options and we never felt like he was trying to sell us something we didn’t need. He was extremely friendly and we will continue to use this company for all of our maintenance needs

Bailey's was scheduled to install a dishwasher and microwave (contracted from Lowes) today. After arriving late, the plumber stated that, first, the job could not be done, then, that he couldn't do it without cutting holes in our kitchen cabinets, and finally stated that he could do the job for an additional cost. After we decided that he might not be the best person to complete this installation, he stated that he did not want to install the microwave.then denied making that statement after speaking to Lowes CPO. It makes me wonder how they can stay in business.

The person who came was extremely professional, definitely knew what he was talking about and we were very impressed.
