They explained the issue to me and offered various options to address this. Given the challenging diagnosis, they were very reasonable about the labor and charges. They will be our go to from now on.

I was having trouble with my kitchen sink and called these guys and I’m thrilled I did. Matt was very responsive and extremely professional. Not only did he fix the issue he also explained to me why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Also after concluding his repair he cleaned up the sink area. These guys are now my go to plumber!

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

After our experience with this company I can honestly say I don’t think we will ever call anyone else for our plumbing needs. Full Stack fit us in to their busy schedule when we had a broken pipe in our yard this week. CW and Woody were kind, professional, and even offered us a solution that saved us a significant amount of money. We had a competing company quote us the day prior - an astronomical sun of money for a job we learned was not even necessary. Full Stack is exactly the kind of honest and respectable company you are looking for. I hope we don’t have another plumbing issue anytime soon but if we do, this is absolutely the team we will be calling!

Had two bathroom remodels completely plumbed and two emergency services, all handled expertly. Techs clearly detailed the problems and recommended solutions. Very reasonable and great service.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. Good business to work with.

William is simply outstanding. Always responsive, on time, communicative and takes the time to explain the problem and solution. I could not recommend him more highly.

2 stars for price only. $298.12 for a drain clean out. We called with the problem already diagnosed; it was non urgent, and they never lost the snake to the drain. They were here a total of 20 minutes. Outrageous pricing.

Edit in response to owner’s reply only: if I knew I’d had them for 2 hours at that price, I would’ve put them to work! $150/hour sure is something. Wish I made that.

Anthony was professional and courteous and took the time to go over details of a major repair. I had several other plumbers come to my property and dismiss my issue and not listen to what I was requesting. Rooter Man was professional and prompt. Highly recommend

Needed a pressure reducing valve installed and Jose was great. Figured out the problem and had it installed in no time. Also got a leaky toilet fixed up while he was out. Jayk's did my hot water heater last year too and I'll be coming back to them for the next plumbing issue.

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Great experience. Basically received a service reminder in the mail to potentially have my water heater in my attic flushed. The guy from another service (Not Durham Plumbing services) came by and said that I MUST replace my water heater. It was 11 years old, had some water in the pan. Then proceeded to state that to be able to get a water heater in my attic, the newer ones were bigger, and that it would cost, with the use of an outside contractor [as the attic doorway was too small], about 2600-2700 to get a basic tank water heater up into my attic. Then proceeded to say it would be easier to just use a tankless, for the price of almost $3500. Decided to think about it.

Called another service, who basically gave me the same run-around, except to state that it would cost 4500 for a couple smaller water heaters in the attic to make up for size, 4900 to put one in my garage, and over 5,000 for a tankless. Good lord.

Then I hear about Durham Plumbing services from a friend, call Michael up at about 8 am. Immediately tells me that since it's just my wife and me, that we definitely do not require a tankless. Then said, despite the need to resize my attic door, he could replace my water heater, unit, labor, AND resizing the doorway to fit the new heater, all for about $1500. WOW. Guess those other folks were trying to rip me off. Tells me someone will come by between 10 and 1 pm, and I get a call at 1015, someone is there by 1030.

The folks a Durham Plumbing services then proceed to tell me, that my water heater doesn't need replacement, rather, show me where the problem is, and fix it [a leaky valve], for about $175 ($100 for the service call, $75 for parts and labor). May be a bit pricey for just a valve change, but they were really honest, did quick work, and have saved me literally thousands.

They finish, and Michael gives me a call to see how the service was. Pretty damn professional.

Point of the lengthy story: If you need plumbing services, please be sure to give these guys a call, and also, please be sure to get plenty of estimates before choosing, because there are plenty of folks out there that will definitely take you for what you've got.

They were punctual, professional, and communicated well throughout the process. Their work was high quality and performed at less than half of what a large competing company estimated for the same repair.

The workers are professional but friendly. We had an emergency situation and they were very timely. I have used them several times now for different plumbing services.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
