I've had David out on several occasions. He is timely (even early most times), and always gets us taken care of. So glad a neighbor recommended him for us.

Nate and his helper (whose name I've forgotten) were polite, tidy, professional and friendly. They did a great job installing our new water heater, including dealing with some special requirements we threw at them. I was particularly pleased by the fact that they showed no displeasure when I asked them to mask up inside our house - very different from other tradesmen, who roll their eyes and groan and otherwise let you know they think you're stupid. After years of searching, I have finally found a plumber I can welcome into my home with confidence.

Andy was on time. He worked quickly and efficiently with the patience and mild tone of a good doctor! I will be using PlumbServe, LLC again.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I have had them install a faucet, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a new utility sink and they’ve always done a great job! On time, courteous and leave no mess/clean up after job is done. I highly recommend Full Stack Plumbing!

Tray helped us install a whole house water filtration system and RO. He is extremely professional at his craft, takes care of the his work to the highest degree. I called CDK to fix a leak over our screened in porch and under our master bath. They came out the next day and found the issue. Unfortunately we couldn't fix immediately as the weather was still below freezing so Dan recommended we wait until warmer. We did, and they fixed in about an hour. Great service! Great customer service! They will now have all of my plumbing business moving forward! i highly recommend these folks! They are a small local independently owned company as well. BONUS!

Mr. Bailey was called to replace my garbage disposal. However, he determined my gd was simply clogged and did not need to be replaced. Talk about honest, i had replacement ready for installation, but he said why spend the money, when my current disposal works? He was competent, professional and pleasant. Can highly recommend Bailey Plumbing. Pleasure doing business with him.

Heat pump stopped working. Called ARS Sunday morning at 9 AM. Rich arrived at 10 AM and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the options and cost, and got to work repairing the unit. He was very professional. The cost was higher than I had anticipated but the swift repair was worth it when it’s hitting 90+ degrees every day!

I contacted them in the morning and had someone to check out my water heater 20 minutes later. The job was done before evening. I appreciate the honesty and expertise. Highly recommend!

The tech was on time, pleasant, and professional. He flushed our tankless HWH and installed new faucets on our kitchen sink. Did a quality job at a fair price. The tech, Dalton, even tolerated our GSD overseeing the project. We would not hesitate to use Bar D again.

Recently Gene serviced our tankless water heater - he was very polite and efficient - a true gentleman! He came back a few days later to replace a cover for the outlet pipe - I wasn't here to thank him personally - so a belated thanks!!! By the way, the cover seems to be holding up well!!

After decades of deposits building up on our main sink drain pipe, we were finally clogged for good. They took videos of the buildup and replaced the main drain pipe for what I felt was a resonable price. Very professional.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
