I can’t say enough good things - Shawn is amazing! We had a leak coming from the upstairs bath but weren’t exactly sure where it was coming from. He responded within minutes of my inquiry, arrived same day, and shared everything he found step by step. He is coming back today to look at our gas line and I will never use anyone else for any of our house plumbing needs!

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Mike and Jacob arrived at the time estimated by Full Stack, about an hour after we called for help here in Chatham County. They were courteous and professional, studied our situation (lack of hot water), and determined that the recirculation pump had been switched off inadvertently. Then they explained why a switched-off recirculation pump would cause our plumbing to deliver hot water later than it should. Thank you, Full Stack.

We had a 9-11 time slot this morning. When no one showed by 10:45am, I called. Told the tech would be there in the next 45 minutes. No one showed. Called again. Told tech is on the way. No one showed. Called again. Tech on way. No one showed. Called at 2pm. Told tech be there in 30 minutes. Had other things to do so I had to cancel and reschedule. Also communication from dispatch left a lot to desire.

Great service , very responsive . Came and got the job done within 2 hours . I recomend this business .

Fantastic! This was to replace the entire water line to my house. Several challenges: long distance, difficult terrain (wooded lot on downslope of a hill), pipe enters house under a low porch. They were able to do it without digging a trench, and worked around my Japanese Maple. Next day the yard looked completely undisturbed. i highly recommend this company.

Josh is wonderful to work with. He’s kind, considerate, timely, and easy to communicate with. He replaced both of my bathroom sink faucets, put in new water lines and also diagnosed an issue with my toilet and fixed that as well. I won’t have to hear water running and dripping in my bathroom anymore and I’m grateful. Whenever I decide to do bathroom upgrades he’ll be the plumbing professional that I call!

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
