I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

This company was sent to my by my home warranty company for a plumbing issue. I initially spoke with Hutch who was professional, courteous and prompt with scheduling a technician to come out. Prior to their arrival, I was able to identify and resolve the issue myself, however they were happy to still come out and run the cameras down my pipes to ensure there was no underlying issue. Not only did they provide this service but they did so free of charge. My technician Zach was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had my bathroom remodeled by Bernie and Seth and I am very happy with their work. They took out a large window and tub and installed a smaller privacy window with a walk-in shower and bench. They took out the old narrow shower and built shelves for a linen closet area. They used my existing vanity but were able to raise its height to a more comfortable level. They tiled the shower, the bench and the floor. They did a great job!
