Great job on service but took a while 2 and half hours (35+ mins going to store to get part). Had to ask them before entering to wear mask they replied “we’re vaccinated” then only had one mask so I had to provide them with one, Asking me for my own Tupperware or bucket for the water to drain and paper towels to clean area. Shouldn’t a business/service have this and not ask the customer! One of assistants without asking starting using my toilet paper (expensive quality) Very Unprofessional…

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.

It is my belief, that Ms. Hunt, should be considered and trained for some kind of management position within ARS.She demonstrated a level of concern and care that was refreshing and needed.She clearly represents the high standards of service that ARS stands for.Ms. Debbie Jenkins, Ms. Hunt's supervisor, isa supervisor, who has been an awesome example and as a result of her leadership, those around her, are delivering excellent customer service.Our HVAC system, froze over completely, so we called ARS. Mike, the technician, was on time and extremely professional.His assessment of our HVAC system was thorugh and honest. His diagnostics, determined that, the defrost sensor was unresponsive and needed to be replaced.

When I called Devlin Plumbing I was pleased they could come out on such short notice, in this case within 2 hours of my call. Billy was great, he replaced 2 hose bibs, and while he was there we discussed replacing the pressure valve and putting an expansion tank on the hot water heater, so that was done as well. I would definitely recommend Devlin Plumbing.

We had to have our bathroom and shower faucets repaired, and Ryan, from Dr. Drain, as always, did a great job. He helped us get the expensive parts needed for the repair sent, free, from Moen, under warranty, as we were the original homeowners. We wouldn't have known this warranty protection was available, much less how to go about applying for it. He did all the work for us. When the parts came in, he did a beautiful job installing the new faucet components and at a reasonable price. We have used this company for years, and the plumbers they send out are inevitably polite, professional, willing to explain repairs in detail, and ever consistent in steering us away from unnecessary repairs. Dr. Drain has a highly competent team with integrity that is hard to match these days. I very highly recommend them.

I’m really impressed with Greene Hunt and would absolutely recommend them for any job.

We had a pretty big job and needed our entire house two story home repiped, a new water heater, and new toilets installed. We had a few people come out and decided to go with Greene Hunt because of the care Archie took when he first came out and how easy it was to communicate with him.

We had a pretty big crew out for two days doing the repiping and stuff and they were all great. Like I said, it was a big job, but they were respectful of our property, efficient, friendly, neat, and did quality work. I felt comfortable enough with the crew that I left them alone at the house for a few hours while I ran errands.

Really glad I went with Greene Hunt. They did fantastic work, finished on time, and Archie and the crew at our house were all fantastic.

What customer service should be but rarely found these days! Will definitely use service again.

Poor customer service. Not cleaning after himself after work is done. Desrespectful of one's house; having attitude about wearing shoe covers. Giving inaccurate info about parts being discontinued aparently to just install what he got and leave; I insisted on installing proper part and he went to the store and said he found the same part few hours ago he said was discontinued.

We renovated our kitchen. The new garbage disposal and sink required new plumbing, which was not anticipated I called Edwin, he arrived within 2 hours. Edwin and Bruno were professional, tidy, and friendly. Highly recommend them.

I phoned Jones plumbing at 8 am Monday morning and they had a plumber out to my house by noon. Josh was very nice, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what needed to be done to unclog my exterior basement drain.
Josh did an exceptional job of fixing my drain. I was so happy to see my drain flowing fast and not backing up.
Josh was so nice to speak with. I have not met many professionals that make the customer feel like they have their best interest at heart.

We've had good experiences with Dr Drain. They've done the following for us: sewage repair (remove a root from the clean out), installed a sink/disposal/faucet, installed a toilet and fixed our washer plumbing (we had a leak in the water return line). They do very good work at a reasonable price. They're good with explaining what needs to be done. They show up on time. I'd recommend them.
