We had an incredible experience with Carrboro Plumbing. We have used them twice so far. The company is run by a local couple. They are very responsive, professional and they do great work in a faster time frame than most local companies.

David repaired a leaky joint by the expansion tank on my dad's water heater last year. I am sure it was a minor job for him, but to my 90+ year old dad, no plumbing project is minor. I happened to stop by while he was still there, and appreciated Dave's patience with my dad's questions.

So, after I took a refreshing cold shower :-( this morning, I contacted him for help. I told him the make/model of the unit and he said he would gather the parts he suspected he would need, and come over.
He called back in a few minutes and told me where the RESET button was hidden.
We agreed I would give that a try, and let him know... and it WORKED.

He could have had a _Sunday_ house-call fee... but chose not to.

When my water heater finally does fail, I will not hesitate to call him to replace it.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

After the replacement of my countertops to granite which included an under mounted 18G sink, Lane Plumbing came out to reconnect the plumbing including installing faucet and garbage disposal. Dan, the plumber discover a serious issue with configuration of the old plumbing pipes which would totally need to be redesigned to work with my new sink. Dan made a second trip back to his shop to get the necessary tools to meet the challenge of attaching new pipes to the sink. His years of experience as a plumber saved me more expense of having to cut into the concrete to attach piping. Thanks Dave for representing Lane Plumbing well!!!

We called Streamline Services Saturday morning and immediately we had a very nice operator answering our questions and setting up an appointment for Monday, which was the day we requested. Chris was the expert technician for more than ten years in the AC business that came to our home by noon and we were impressed with the degree of information and honest opinion he gave us regarding the condition of our AC/heater. Bobby Bailey has rescued us twice during plumbing emergencies - once in 2004 and today in 2016. He is thorough, priced fairly, responsive, and a very calm presence. His staff was outstanding, also: when I called after hours, Jamela, his scheduler, was unable to find an available truck, but took my number and called me back after 10pm having contacted a service manager who was not on call. I would highly recommend Bailey's for routine and emergency plumbing jobs.

Arturo was very helpful and professional, and ARS replaced our malfunctioning Nest Thermostat for free because it was under a year from install.

We awoke to backed up showers and toilets. BarD Plumbing came out that morning and fixed the problem. The scheduler kept me informed of times. Woke up yesterday with water shooting out of the side of my water heater that was 33 years old. Could not get a hold of other plumbers. Warren and Sons showed up within an hour. With me having to go to work, they completed the job and when I returned home at that night I was back in business. All this while we were having an all-day monsoon!
