Best Leak Repair in Durham NC

Although I did cancel the plumbing service twice (once by phone, and once by e-mail) the plumber still came by the tenets house. At two different occasions - uninvited ! (how embarrassing). Yes, they tried to resolve the plumbing problem however I did not ask for their opinion/help. Lastly I offered them not to charge me for their mistake and/or decrease the charges by 1/2 !! With little luck, I still got charged $95 for the service call, which is higher then other plumbing services charge, either locally or every from the Raleigh/Durham area. Chris is indeed very nice and surely capable. I am just saying carful what you ask for.

I called David after hours and he came to fix my issues immediately! He offers a one year warranty on his work, and he actually honors that warranty. I called him back for an issue that i thought was related to the inital call, but wasn't and he fixed it for a minimal charge anyway! It is rare to find a company that has such great service after the sale. I would recommend Plumbing Services of Raleigh to anyone!

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I found a leak in my front yard on a Friday afternoon. They responded to my phone call immediately, they were at my house within an hour. The repair ended up requiring a new pipe installed from the street to the house. They came back the next day to complete the installation. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

They came earlier than their appointment which was great. They troubleshoot our problem and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. Will definitely call them again in the future.

So happy to find a plumber who is responsive, respectful, fair, honest and does great work. Thank you Brian for a new hot water heater and whole house shut off valve. And thank you most of all for calling me back on a Saturday. Such a pleasure doing business with you.

It was time to replace a worn out kitchen faucet and upgrade our sink. I wasn't sure who to call but I liked Blanton's core mission statement so I started there. Staff on the phone was very friendly and I was surprised and happy to hear that someone could come by today. Jack Comstock was our plumber. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He came in and found what we were wanting/needing and assessed the task at hand. We were given several different options of what could be done to complete our request.Jack got right to work. We are most grateful for his thoughts and expertise on the drainage nightmare under the sink and the follow up when switching our water back on and knowing sometimes the shut off valves under the sink will leak after a repair or replacement like we had and he fixed that too. Everything was left just as clean as when he arrived.We're beyond pleased with our new sink/faucet.Will definitely recommend them and use them again.Thank you Blanton's and you too Jack.

I am grateful that I came across Jimmy Lane with Lane Plumbing. I did a DIY project over the weekend that turned out disastrous. When I spoke to Jimmy, somehow he turned my embarrassment into laughter. He sent out Mark and Jerry who fixed my issue promptly and the cost was very reasonable. I was so impressed with the work that I gave them another job and Mark showed up the very next day to get that job done. I admire Mark's work ethic. Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.
