Although I did cancel the plumbing service twice (once by phone, and once by e-mail) the plumber still came by the tenets house. At two different occasions - uninvited ! (how embarrassing). Yes, they tried to resolve the plumbing problem however I did not ask for their opinion/help. Lastly I offered them not to charge me for their mistake and/or decrease the charges by 1/2 !! With little luck, I still got charged $95 for the service call, which is higher then other plumbing services charge, either locally or every from the Raleigh/Durham area. Chris is indeed very nice and surely capable. I am just saying carful what you ask for.

Our hot water heater went out unexpectedly and based on recommendations on Next Door I contacted After Hours Plumbing. They were able to send someone within a couple of hours which was awesome! Nate called to let me know when he would be there and he arrived right on time. Nate let us know everything he needed to do to fix the water heater and provided an estimate. He was able to fix our water heater quickly and professionally. I can’t recommend After Hours and especially Nate enough! Will use them for any future plumbing needs!

I found a leak in my front yard on a Friday afternoon. They responded to my phone call immediately, they were at my house within an hour. If you need any plumbing services and you're looking for great customer service Lane plumbing is the way to go. Mr Lane is helpful and very resourceful . He made me feel very comfortable with using their services. I called on a Sunday the customer service representative called me bright and early Monday morning to confirm My appointment but I ended up fixing my issue myself, however, if
and when I need services I will definitely give Lane plumbing a call back. Customer service is exceptional and Mr Lane is very relatable.

The technicians, Chris and Austin, were professional and very knowledgeable. Within seconds Christ identified the water pressure problem that we were having with our house. Both he and Austin worked quickly and replaced the PRV and the expansion tank. They also fixed a toilet, a repair I requested after they got to my house. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

A friend recommended Greene Hunt when we needed to replace our sewer main. Archie was the only plumber we talked to that took the time to explain how he was going to route the new sewer line and how big of a trench he would need to dig in the yard. His team was professional and left everything in better shape then we expected. Since then we've used Greene Hunt for a few additional small items and been happy with the results.

I reached out to request a water heater inspection. Very responsive to my request for service. Polite and efficient technicians. Inspection appears to be good quality. Time will tell. Will use them again.

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.
