Our water heater split the bottom seam on a Saturday and was leaking for 2 prior days in the basement. Part of the basement is finished with carpet so the carpet soaked up the water and I stepped into the room to find 1.5 inch water. When I called Jennifer answered immediately, was sympathetic to my situation, calmed me, assured me they could help. She walked me thru the process to stop the water running, and recommended and called an emergency water damage company to get them out to start the clean up. Lane communicated constantly with me on availability of a replacement parts, costs and their arrival times. The crew was prompt, efficient, thorough, polite, respectful and it was very obvious they knew what they were doing.

The entire disaster was in process of being resolved in 8 hours.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. Travis (#5263) came out pretty late at night when I had a leaking pipe under my sink. He was fantastic, friendly, and fixed the leak really quick. He was also great at explaining to me what went wrong. I highly recommend this service, especially Travis!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Metro Rooter Plumbing Cary for their drain cleaning services, and I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, their team provided excellent customer service and quality workmanship. The price for their services was very reasonable and competitive. I had received quotes from other plumbing companies, and Metro Rooter's prices were the most reasonable. Additionally, their pricing was transparent, allowing me to understand how much I would be charged for the services provided.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
